i had a wonderful stay here.the a.c,.fridge,work well.the shower had luke warm water.Judy and the other 3 workers where great.

Terrible Hotel.
Pros:

Worst hotel experience I have ever had anywhere. Do not even think of staying here. So many gorgeous places in Cartagena. Every single person we met here was trying to find other accommodations.

Bien pero creo que podrían mejorar en tener sobre todo en el baño un mueble para poner las cosas, mejores toallas y tapete para salir de la mini regadera
