Nada extraordinario pero excelente atención.

La amabilidad del personal hace que los malo no se magnifique.
La verdad todos los empleados son muyyyy amables y dispuestos a servir.
Me gustó mucho que cuando se pide un servicio de taxi cuesta lo mismo que si uno lo toma en la calle, así debería ser en todos los hoteles, la verdad es primera vez que pregunto y el precio es el mismo.

Cons:

Viajamos con nuestra hija, pagamos habitación para 3 personas y sólo deja agua para 2 personas, café para 2 personas, toallas para 2 personas, así como cobran 3 deben tener en cuenta que son 3 personas.
El agua y lo que se compra en el lobby son exageradamente caros, el precio de una botella de agua 9000 es el costo de un muy buen restaurante.
El desayuno la verdad no es tan especial como en los comentarios que leí, no hay queso fresco, las arepas fritas retostadas parecen que están próximas a convertirse en piedras. Si pides los huevos a tu gusto te los hacen.
Te dejan agua sólo el primer día, deberían dejar agua todos los días teniendo en cuenta que el agua no es potable.

Cons:

Uno de los ascensores tenía averiado el sensor. Lastimosamente por casi ocurre un accidente con mi hijo de 2 años , ya que la puerta se cerró cuando iba entrando , reaccione a tiempo y logre jalarlo .
