El lugar es muy top es muy bonito, el servicio, limpieza, cercanía a la playa, aseo. Todo es espectacular.
El ruido del sistema de aire acondicionado. El desayuno es normal en términos de que es muy similar a cualquier otro hotel incluso de categorías inferiores. Quizá hace falta algo en el desayuno que genere el efecto wow diferenciador.
La piscina está muy bien. La amabilidad del personal.
Nos dieron la habitación 406 con mucha humedad y mi hijo de 2 años hizo broncoespasmo pulmonar, tuve que llevarlo urgentemente una noche a una clínica. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación, lo cuál demuestra que desde un principio nos pudieron asignar esa habitación y evitar el sufrimiento de mi hijo y la angustia de su familia. Deben mejorar urgentemente la limpieza de las habitaciones.
Everything! The pool was amazing and warm! The hotel super clean and smelled so good! Staff absolutely went above and beyond! I will definitely stay there again!
The menus are all in Spanish so I had to use google translate when ordering food.
