Pros:

La comida del restaurante excepcional, cada plato más delicioso que el otro.
Chef de lujo en el restaurante.
El Morrillo Cartagenero es absurdamente delicioso. La Pavlova de Guanabana increíble.
El personal del restaurante en los almuerzos, las tardes y las noches. Amables, colaboradores, cálidos. Siempre con la mejor actitud y los mejores consejos sobre el menú.
Además el personal de recepción, muy amables.

Cons:

El único punto desagradable, la actitud del personal del restaurante en el desayuno buffet. Policías de la gestapo.
Miradas controladoras, rostros duros, cero sonrisas, muy mala actitud.
La actitud era obviamente liderada por uno de los trabajadores con nombre David en la escarapela. Terrible. Mirando con mala cara la cantidad de fruta que los huéspedes nos servíamos. Burlón cuando la puerta no abría y alguien no podía salir. Desagradable totalmente esa experiencia para comenzar el día .

Pros:

Las instalaciones en general son muy bonitas, habitación cómoda, cama y almohadas confortables. El personal es muy atento y el desayuno muy rico y variado.
El servicio incluido de carpa y sillas en la playa es 10 de 10 y los señores que atienden ahí son muy amables.

Cons:

En general todo estuvo muy bien, pero si recomiendo un par de cosas:
Por un lado, sería bueno que en la ducha habilitaran un tendedero para la ropa húmeda y de otra parte que extendieran el horario de ingreso de la playa por la puerta lateral o que habiliten lava pies por la puerta principal. Varias veces tuvimos que ingresar por el lobby con los pies llenos de arena.
Por lo demás, todo excelente!!

Un hôtel de bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Bon emplacement et personnel aimable chambre confortable

Cons:

Le restaurant intérieur n était pas très chaleureux et il n y a pas assez d ascenseurs on attendait longtemps pour pouvoir y entrer ,
Propreté des abords de la piscine à revoir et mobilier de piscine peu confortable et détérioré

Buena ubicación, cerca a playa bello Horizonte, buen servicio del personal y la habitación cómoda.
Cons:

Se debe contemplar para los fines de semana y temporadas de vacaciones en la zona de bar y piscina por lo menos música en vivo, para disfrutar en familia. Tener más variedad en el menú del desayuno buffet ( No había comida típica de la costa, arepitas, empanadas, carimañolas). Los precios de la carta estaban un poco costosos, con relación al valor de la estadía.

Cons:

no flexibles en el chekout. No concedieron 1 hora adicional, para que la bebe terminara de hacer la siesta.
Teniamos 3 habitaciones y solo pedimos extender una hora en 1 habitacion.
