Pros:

البناء حديث ونظيف، عمال النظافه جيدين وخاصه الأخت ندى تهتم جدا بنظافة الغرفه

Cons:

الاداره بخيله بكل شي بدا بالغرف وانتهاءا بالمطعم . الغرفه يضعون بها كيسين شاي فقط باليوم مع ثلاثة قناني ماء لا غير . اما المطعم التنوع به قليل ومثلا طلبت زيت الزيتون اثناء الفطور ذهب احد العمال وأحضره لي بوعاء وعندما اخذت منه جاءوا واخذوه مني لاعطاءه إلى شخص ثاني طلب زيت الزيتون ايضا ، اي انهم ينتظرون ان اخذه ولكي يأخذوه مني وليس عندهم زيت زيتون آخر ، هذا مثل بسيط على بخل الاداره القائمه في الفندق 🙁

البناء جديد ونظيف وخدمه الغرف جيده العامله ندى كانت متعاونه جدا ومهذبه

أسلوب التعامل في الاستعلامات غير لائق والمطعم غير جيد
والشاي يستخدمون ماء الحنفيه وكذلك لايوجد عندهم كرم العربي المتعارف عليه حصل معي موقف طلبت زيت الزيتون مع الاكل اعطوني بعد عناء وبعدها اخذوا مني الزيت من على الطاوله ليعطوه لطاوله اخرى 😩

الفندق يقع في مكان يعتبر في وسط القاهرة المكان نظيف جدا وأمين جدا يوجد حرس على باب الفندق لمنع دخول الغرباء كل الموظفين

Ein hervorragender Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht – sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Ruhe und die Sauberkeit des Ortes waren ausgezeichnet.
Ich möchte mich besonders bei Frau Azza bedanken – sie hat uns bei allem sehr geholfen. Sie kam jeden Tag ins Zimmer, um nach uns zu sehen, und das völlig ohne Gegenleistung. Wirklich sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – sie verdient großen Dank.

كل العاملين في الفندق ودودين وخدومين وبيساعدون بأدق التفاصيل
احب اشكر الأخت عزة مساؤله الغرف في الطابق الرابع والأخت سارة والأخت سالي في الاستقبال

للأسف النت في الفندق ضعيف جداً وبعض الأحيان ينقطع هذا الشي مزعج بالنسبة لي

All in all peaceful smooth night. Will definitely visit again. Thanks to all the staff 🙏🏻
Pros:

The location is wonderful in a quiet area and only few minutes away from a lot of interesting places. Staff are lovely very cooperative and supportive. Also above all the rate is very reasonable and very good value for money.

Cons:

Maybe only some renovations or modernization of the furniture/ curtains. Things look just a bit old.

Prima voor een kort verblijf, verwacht geen extra’s.

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de medewerkers.

Cons:

Uit de omschrijving op booking kun je niet halen dat het wel erg ver van het centrum is, er in de directe omgeving buiten het hotel niets te beleven is, dat je in een buitenwijk van Cairo verblijft en dat het een alcoholvrij hotel is. Je bent compleet aangewezen op de faciliteiten van het hotel zelf.

Nous avons adoré cette hôtel , le jardin avec piscine est magnifique, le room service exceptionnel , n’hésitez pas à en profiter !
Notre interlocutrice Sarah a été parfaite tout le long du séjour et a répondu parfaitement à toute nos demandes.
Nous avons même pu libérer notre chambre plus tard gratuitement suite à une modification de notre vol.
