Pros:

The Jewel is a good establishment and location. We didnt stay at the place i booked though. We were moved to the sister hotel next door. I dont know the eaxct reason for this, but stayed anyway. Also initially we gotnasigend to a tiny room even though I booked for 2 adults with 2 kids. The manager did move us however when I refused it.

Cons:

I didnt like that we were not informed of changes made internally without my consent. Also I had laundry done and it was returned with an item short. It was the only jeans packed for my holiday, so this created quite an impact. I was mostly annoyed that certainly sent it with laundry to be washed, but got told by management to recheck my luggage, as if I am not at my full senses. No further attempt to resolve the matter. The loss was mine. Definitely not a pleasant experience..
