There were several basic amenities missing from the room and bathroom: no shampoo, conditioner, or basic bathroom kit, no room service menu in the room, no telephone, and no hotel directory with important contact numbers. The balcony furniture was also torn and in poor condition.

What was even more disappointing was the follow-up from Guest Relations. Rania from Guest Relations contacted me to ask about my stay. I explained all of these issues and shared my feedback with her, but she completely ignored my message and never responded.

I believe that when a hotel asks for a guest’s feedback, the least expected is to acknowledge the concerns and respond professionally. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and it made the overall experience even more disappointing.
