Un muchacho de la Recepción que salió ágilmente a arreglar el problema de la máquina de café a las 3am, entendiendo la necesidad y urgencia.

Cons:

Algo ha pasado, pero han bajado en el servicio y mantenimiento. 1. El aire acondicionado estaba dañado y nos tocó arreglarlo manualmente. 2. La máquina de café no estaba funcionando correctamente (este problema sí fue rápidamente arreglado por el personal en la madrigada), 3. El agua se sale de la ducha, 4. La falta de nevera que antes había: nótese que nunca usé la nevera para consumir sus caros productos sino para enfriar los propios. 5. La calidad del desayuno, sin ser mala, ha bajado. Conozco el hotel hace muchos años y se notan que ahora están ahorrando en calidad de los productos de alimentación.
