Excelente estadía en Tarapoto
Pros:

Tuve una excelente experiencia en Casa de Palos Boutique. Desde el primer momento, la atención fue muy cálida y personalizada. Augusto fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, incluso facilitándome un early check-in para poder dejar mi equipaje y aprovechar mejor mi tiempo en la ciudad. Además, me brindó muy buenas recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar y tiendas de artesanías, lo cual hizo mi experiencia aún más especial.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, acogedor y bien cuidado; se nota el detalle y la dedicación en cada espacio. El desayuno fue excelente, muy bien presentado, variado y delicioso. La atención del personal encargado fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento, al igual que el resto del equipo.

La ubicación también es muy agradable, en una zona tranquila, fresca y con una bonita vista, ideal para descansar y desconectarse.

Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy positiva. Lo recomiendo totalmente y volvería sin pensarlo. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Hotel ohne 3-Sterne
Pros:

Das beste war der Besitzer.
Er ist nett, ebenso wie die Personen im Hotel.
Es war ein großes Familienzimmer, das war recht leise.

Der Innenhof konnte leider nicht genutzt werden. Ich hatte draußen auf der überdachten Terrasse gesessen. Das ging auch, obwohl alles stark abgenutzt ist.

Cons:

Ich hatte bei der Eingrenzung der Hotelsuche 3* ausgewählt. Am Hotel gibt es keine Angaben zu den Hotelsternen, scheint auch keine Sterne zu haben. Angeblich hatte Booking dem Hotel die Sterne verliehen.
Das Hotel war Nachts verschlossen, deswegen durfte mein Freund eine Nacht im Regen draußen verbringen.

Das "Gute" Frühstück kann wirklich nicht als solches bezeichnet werden. Rührei (zwei Eier), 2 Scheiben Banane, Brötchen oder 3 Scheiben Brot (sehr klein), eine Käseecke (5*5cm), ein Glas Saft, 2 Becher Kaffee.
