Very Good Environment in sea pearl .Very Good Services And Staff Behavior was very Friendly and Very Nice And professional. Staffs are Very Helpful To The Guests. Also Mr.Mustafa and Mr. Tawhid Service was very Good .Overall The trip Was Very Enjoyable, very fun and Exciting. ❤️
The food was average, was expecting decent food for the price they were charging for the stay.
So close to the beach
Spacious open property
Staff are friendly and courteous
Dining options are ridiculously overpriced
(1) A bridge called Rejukhal which is a pain in the ass has to be crossed to reach the hotel. Traffic can only flow only in one direction. I would never book this hotel
(2) first night due to power outage air-conditioner was off. When it returned all lights turned on automatically. I could not sleep and rest properly.
(3) check in and out were in different places and floor which I never ecperienced beforre. It was so frustrating for us.
(4) Away from city, not convenient.

Es war okay
Cox’sBazar selbst ein traumhaft..
Am Strand.Sonne Untergang sehr schön..
Overall it was a good experience with the swimming pool and everything but the bed, pillows and fixtures were quite old and used up . Bathroom door got locked and was not able to open it and had to call room service to get it sorted out . Stuffs were very friendly and available. The swimming pool and restaurants were nice as well . Food quality was okay . Front beach area was fine as well .
Amazing hotel, breakfast buffet had an ample selection of foods, unfortunately we had to leave early.
Resort has its own private beach which was within proximity of the hotel itself.
Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend to all interested.
Great place.
Good
If you come Friday you have to wait till somebody check out and the room gets ready
Coming from the western world, this resort was a solid 3.5 stars. There was nothing wrong with it, just don't expect 5 star quality.
Very clean rooms
Staffs are friendly
Clean swimming pool
Great location. Good customer service. LGreat food. Recommended.
Horrible
If you booked through Expedia and you are from a western country then this is not the place for you. I'm going to start with the positive: the staff were friendly and tried their best. That's about it.
So I booked a three day stay from England, hoping for a family beajlch holiday in a five star resort but ended up with a shaby 2 star experience. We were given an apartment first, which had plumbing issues (won't flush) and condensation leaking on your head on your way to entry to the bathroom with visible mould all over the entry ceiling. When we were shifted to another room, the flushing problem continued and we were taught how to fix it. We had to lift the lid of the commode and press a blue thing down whenever the flush stopped. The shower was manky and it was also leaking which meant that if you showered more than five minutes, the shower will leak into the main bathroom floor.
Thay only issue you with one key. This stopped working. This meant that one of us had to stay in the room while the other was away with the child as we couldn't lock up due to a malfunction. This meant an electrician had to be brought in and that took over half hour and I just lost the mood to go out. Power cuts are not dealt with adequately which means that everything gets disconnected with a power cut. This was extremely frequent and meant that WiFi signal is interrupted - a network that already sucked as we couldn't steam two devices at one go.
The resort is middle of no where.
It used to be a good hotel, now rundown, lacks service, chaotic management, on the phone customer service was not available had to go to the lobby, breakfast was terrible no meat option for western breakfast only 1 chicken curry item, they fried eggs in old toxic and hazardous non stick frying pans which have corrosions all over. Drinks/juice options were terrible or watered down, simply food quality was horrible. Too much mosquitoes and no use of uv repellents. The beach had no hotel seats or umbrellas.
Kind staff, good food, confortable room, quiet place
