Pros:

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms are kept clean and tidy everyday without fail by the housekeeping staff. Many varieties available for breakfast. Front door staff and security personnel are very polite and helpful. Hotel surrounding area are safe.

Pros:

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The security and door personnel were very courteous. Housekeeping staff always kept the rooms clean and tidy everyday without fail. Breakfast was good with many varieties available. Hotel location and surrounding area is safe.

When booking it showed 4 bedrooms in 1 unit or the least all 4 joining rooms but instead got 4 bedrooms and 2 joining only

Cons:

Not able to communicate via whatsapp to understand better the booking made.
The karaoke was not for family and reason for booking this was partly of the karaoke.
