Cheap and cheerful
Pros:

Food was good and reasonable price, beds were very soft but we're comfortable.

Cons:

Was basin in bathroom did not hold water, and bath was not sealed to wall so water from shower must run to floor.

Totally destroyed weekend
Pros:

Location is ok.

Cons:

- the bed was incredibly soft and sagged like a hammock (although not old), which made sleeping nearly impossible
- the climate system is total disaster. Impossible to change any settings except temperature (which did not work in my room). The fan produced sound like a jet plan, and you can neither adjust it nor switch off because the system is centrally operated (confirmed by admin staff). Windows are sealed and cannot be opened.
All together, it makes the whole AC system totally obsolete and useless.
- since the reception is closed after 23:00, no assistance was available when the problem was discovered (around midnight).
- reception staff refused to contact "decision making" managers during weekend, and recommended me to contact them by email. However, my later email complains were totally ignored and not answered.
- finally, the "warm" food on the breakfast was cold.
