Je recommande sincèrement. Très bonne option et rapport qualité-prix.
Pros:

L'emplacement, avec proximite d'un vaste choix de cafés et restaurants; des supérettes et un petit supermarché très proches (5-10 min à pied), vue sur le Ribat et le port de pLaisance, le Ribat à 10-15 minutes à pied). la plage de l'autre côté de la rue.
Check-in et out très simple et rapide. Equipe efficace et sympathique.

Great location on the beach and marina, walking distance from medina and all the shops/restaurants. Great value for the money, will be back for sure!

Pros:

Locatie was prima.

Cons:

KAKKERLAKKEN!! We hadden heel veel kakkerlakken in het appartement... Binnen 24h 9 stuks, waarvan de meeste wel dood, maar 1 levende op de badkuip rand. Receptie gaf aan 1x per week al een professioneel bestrijdings team te hebben. Maar dat is dus echt niet voldoende. We kregen dus alleen een spray mee.
Kamers worden ook niet schoongemaakt tussendoor als je er 2 nachten verblijft.

Très très bon séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil. La localisation est parfait. Pas trop loin des points d’intérêt de monastir.

Cons:

Il manquait peut être de quoi faire un peu de ménage surtout au niveau de la vaisselle ou je n’ai trouvé ni éponge ni produit vaisselle. Mais peut être que les gens viennent plus longtemps que 3 jours et donc ramènent leur matériel.

Pros:

Ottima posizione sul porto turistico di Monastir, vicino al centro e alle spiagge cittadine. Parcheggio privato.

Cons:

L’appartamento non è nuovissimo ma tutto funziona bene
