A pleasant stay in a well-located hotel that could benefit from a little more maintenance.
Pros:

The hotel is located right by the beach and in the heart of all the action. Our room had a lovely sea view. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it is well maintained. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly.

The garden and pool area could use some renovation, especially the garden, which looks a little neglected. Breakfast was nice, and the staff in the breakfast area were very kind and welcoming.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Cons:

It was a little noisy in the evenings due to the lively nightlife, but it didn’t bother me. Once the balcony doors were closed, you could barely hear any noise.

Pros:

Läget, nära till allt. Trevlig personal. Sängarna bekväma. Balkongen stor och hade fin utsikt.

Cons:

Frukostlokalen var inte fin. Litet kylskåp hade varit toppen!

Convenient Location, Disappointing Hotel Experience
Pros:

What I liked most about the hotel was its location. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as shopping centres, and it was easy to get taxis and buses to the main attractions. There was also a small beach directly in front of the hotel. Although it wasn't the nicest beach, it was still a nice surprise to have one so close, especially in Malta.

The hotel's swimming pool was also nice, although it looked quite different from the pictures online. I particularly liked that it used seawater rather than chlorinated water. However, the poolside bar was closed during the week and only opened at weekends, which was a bit disappointing.

Cons:

There were several aspects of the hotel that I was very disappointed with. First of all, the hotel looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The building and facilities were quite rundown and did not meet my expectations.

Communication with the staff was extremely difficult, as they did not seem to speak English or any other European language. Even though I speak Italian and Spanish as well, it was still very difficult to make myself understood.

The cleanliness of the room was another major issue. Although housekeeping came every day, the beds were not made and the bathroom was not properly cleaned, which made me question the purpose of the daily cleaning service. The bedding was also inadequate, as there were no proper blankets or duvets, just a very thin bedsheet.

The air conditioning was another problem, as it was either extremely cold or excessively hot, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. Finally, I noticed staff members sitting around the hotel using their phones, which did not give a particularly professional impression, especially considering the lack of attention to cleanliness and other basic services.
