Tout, le personnel est froid non professionnel, aucune sympathie, sauf le monsieur âgé.
Le sol de la chambre était sale à notre arrivé on s’est vite retrouvé avec les pieds sales.
Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles.

Location was perfect very central and ideal if ur looking to be near the strip.
Pool was very clean and bar was in ideal spot.
Very safe, someone at front desk all day and night.

Cons:

We had a penthouse which had a balcony but room was covered in ants and had very bad smell coming from the bathroom 24/7. Room wasn’t cleaned everyday only towels swapped.

Cons:

Hotel looks like really old, they don't invest anything.The backyard is like the garbage restaurant for the breakfast is like some cantina. Rooms are not clean at well.You could fear some stones under your foot. Bathroom and toilets are not maintain not clean at well.Everything cracked. Price, I'm not high but description on platform.Booking is really well, but nothing is there.It is mentioned that hotel have a pool that hotel has bars but it's not part of the hotel , and everything is not even close to the hotel. Pictures on booking.com are not all from the hotel and that one that they are from the hotel they must be really old

Trés déçevant

L’emplacement et la vue sur la plage

Cons:

Le pernonnel de la récéption trés désagréable de plus lorseque j’ai demander 1 serviette en plus pour mon ami on ma dit non c’est 2 servitte par jour en sachant que ma chambre n’avais pas était faite la veil

Pros:

The hotel is very central to everything. It’s close to shops, the main strip and the beach is right in front of it. Staff were very helpful and nice. Pool was very big and deep, great for swimming and relaxing!

Cons:

We found that when using the shower at a time that most people would shower, the warm water was not running at all even when fully on. It would just run cold water. However, if you showered slightly earlier the water was running fine. Maybe this was just for our room as we haven’t seen any other reviews about this.
