Great stay - we will gladly stay here again!
Pros:

The look of it and the genuine ”Grand hotel” atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings with the park around the lake - great for relaxing.
Extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast and two great restaurants with relaxed ambiente.

Cons:

Just the fact that it lies a bit ”off” central parts of town - but this is also an advantage if you wish to relax in a quiet environment.

Parklike setting, huge room and good breakfast selection.

The lake access was closed the day we stayed there. The gym is not really appealing.

Very old facility, although a very lovely view.
Nice to be in an old place, although a bit of basic maintenance would help.
Breakfast was disappointing, I guess from a Western perspective although we are absolutely fine with Asian food. I would suggest to improve that. Each room has a nice balcony facing a lake or the mountains I guess. We enjoyed our stay and it was fine to get around since we have a car. Disappointing there’s no possibility of dinner at the property and no where to dine nearby. You definitely need a car to move around
