畢竟這是一間很有特色的飯店
外觀看上去很氣派
但當天入住時可能有活動
加上現場狂風暴雨
導致活動客人跟住宿客人擠在車道上
工作人員非常辛苦也很有禮貌
但一間指標性的飯店
卻像是毫無規劃的感覺
另外值得稱讚的是房間空間算大很舒適也很乾淨

看起來不知道為何沒有賓至如歸的感受
首先我們來到房裡連wifi
wifi連上去了但卻跳出沒有網際網路連線
於是打了通電話給房務
房務先是質疑我是不是根本沒連上
最後房務親自過來後再次問了一樣的問題...
僵持了一下我們開著問是不是等你嗯專業的人員來查看網路再讓我開門
這裡有一個我很在意的
我們在房內不太喜歡穿鞋子(光腳或穿飯店附贈的室內拖鞋)
但一看他們三位進房穿著鞋子走來走去
最終網路有修好，但整體被服務的感受不是太好
當天的風雨算滿大的
房內的落地窗一直碰碰碰響(是真的整天)
像是鋁門窗滑軌跟門分離的感覺，真的滿吵的
晚上跟早上我們的天花板一直有碰碰碰的聲音
不知道樓上是什麼
整體來說隔音、設備都年老很需要加強更新
我們被外觀及圓山的招牌所吸引
但整體的體驗不是太好

無論是公共空間或房間都非常大，不像一般的飯店會給人壓迫感。從飯店可走木棧道去澄清湖，很適合去運動放鬆來個慢活之旅。這次很可惜沒有時間參加免費導覽，希望下次有機會。
