Clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I needed a charger and they gave me.

Cons:

Toilet had no bidet or jet spray, only toilet paper.
There was bidet earlier but they were discontinued and closed with stickers.

Pros:

房間空間很大，很舒適

Cons:

要辦提早入住時，一開始是被一個女員工接待，他請我在旁邊稍等，等房間整理好再通知我進房，結果我等待的時間，已經有好幾組客人也是來辦入住，他們很快就拿到房卡上樓進房，我卻只能在一旁乾等，直到時間到了我上前問櫃檯我辦好入住了可以拿房卡了嗎，剛好是另一個男員工接手，他也馬上給我房卡，還跟我抱歉讓我等這麼久，我是不知道櫃檯程序有什麼疏失，只是當天被這樣對待的感受不是很好，但是另一個員工有道歉了我就想說算了，希望下次不會再遇到一樣的事情。
