Ubytování pro nenáročné
Pros:

Příznivá poloha v pěší dosažitelnosti centra Faliraki a celkové vybavení apartmánu. Kuchyně je nadprůměrně dobře vybavená. Postele jsou pohodlné, AC dobře fungující.

Cons:

Exteriér je dost děsivý protože celý objekt je již velmi dlouhou dobu rozestavěný a nedokončený. Okolí je plné odpadků a již stěží použitelného stavebního materiálu. Fotografie vnitřních prostor apartmánů neodpovídají realitě.

Wir hätten nicht gebucht, wenn wir gewusst hätten, dass das Appartement in einer Baustelle ist.
Pros:

Schlüssel steckten an der Tür, Auffindeort wurde unkompliziert per WhatsApp bekannt gegeben. Es war immer ein Parkplatz vor der Tür zu finden. Lage direkt am Strand war sehr gut. Klimaanlagen haben gut funktioniert, dadurch Ruhe beim Schlafen im doch lauten Faliraki. Das war uns sehr wichtig. Man fragte uns auch, ob wir etwas - wie Handtuchwechsel - brauchen. Das war nett, aber die Mängel im Zimmer bzw. am Haus wären nicht zu beseitigen gewesen.

Cons:

Wir hatten Zimmer 4. Es gab in der Küche einen Tresen. Leider kann man daran nicht sitzen, weil man mit den Stühlen nur den Kopf über der Tischplatte hat. Das Sofa ist durch einen offenbar zu schweren Menschen in der Mitte zusammengebrochen. Man sieht es erst nicht. Aber wenn man sich draufsetzt, rutscht man in die Mitte. Das Besteck in der Küche ist wohl von Designer, aber leider kann man damit nicht essen. Die Töpfe befinden sich unter der Spüle direkt neben dem oben offenen Mülleimer. Was gar nicht geht: Das Appartement ist im Erdgeschoss einer Baustelle, was auf den Bildern nicht gezeigt wird. Nur das Erdgeschoss ist fertig, die darüberliegenden Etagen sind Rohbau. Niemals hätten wir das gebucht, wenn wir es gewusst hätten. Um uns nicht den Urlaub zu verderben, haben wir es für die 9 Tage akzeptiert. Der Einbauschrank ist zwar groß, aber mangels Fächern kann man für 2 Personen nichts unterbringen. Ich habe meiner Frau die niedere Ablagefläche gegeben uns selbst das Fach oben genommen, wo ich mit 1,83 m nicht einmal selbst hinaufschauen kann. Was nützt eine 1,5m lange Kleiderstange, wenn man nur 4 Bügel hat. Ich bin dafür, dass alle Vermieter mal selbst für 2 Wochen in der angebotenen Unterkunft leben müssten. Bist auf die Baustelle sind die Mängel alle vermeidbar und die Toplage und Ruhe des Appartements würden leicht den Gap mit der Baustelle ausgleichen.

Mi è piaciuta solo la posizione, vicina al mare e ottima per raggiungere le spiagge più belle dell'isola. Guardate cosa non mi è piaciuto prima di prenotare!

Le foto non sono rappresentative delle stato dei luoghi. Dalle foto non si capisce che vi troverete immersi in un cantiere ma di quelli pessimi, di quelli che se ci va la Usl o l'ispettorato chiudono la baracca. L'edificio è ultimato solo a piano terra, nell' intorno troverete chiodi arrugginiti, parapetti in legno pericolanti, materiali edili sparsi vicino casa, forte odore di pipì di gatto. L'appartamento sembra decente appena entrati, poi guardi bene e ti accorgi che il quadro elettrico non è in sicurezza, la finestra del bagno non si apre, la piastra per cuocere il cibo si blocca ogni 20 minuti, la persiana è rotta, il letto singolo del bambino è sotto una sporgenza che garantisce testate frequenti. Pulizia sommaria e poco approfondita. Posto non adatto a bambini piccoli. WIFI lentissimo, inutile. Tavolo snack alto con sedie basse, servirebbero sgabelli! Formiche e condizionatore problematico che non prende i comandi facilmente. Segnalo anche il ristorante/bar vicino, evitate di farvi fregare. Due caffè e due Pan cake 17 euro. Ma dove vivete??

BREVE SOGGIORNO SCORREVOLE
Pros:

La posizione e la disponibilità del proprietario. E' praticamente sulla spiaggia, dove si può scegliere tra libera o lido attrezzato. Inoltre è vicino a piedi a tutto quel che può servire. La pulizia è buona e Alex si è dimostrato disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

La stanza è troppo piccola per tre persone ma soprattutto il terzo letto era davvero scomodo. Praticamente un divano letto ma con la parte della testa che non si reclina tutta e la parte dei piedi un'aggiunta scomoda. Io alto 1,70 ho sofferto anche le dimensioni; per due notti si è potuto fare.
Anche il climatizzatore è molto vecchio e provato, nonché molto rumoroso.

Excelente apartamento a metros de la playa.
Pros:

La habitación preciosa. Calidad precio perfecto. Muy luminosa ac2 calles de la playa más linda de Faliraki. Hay una taberna en la esquina muy rica comida.
AA perfecto. El dueño nos llevó al aeropuerto de Rodas, por un muy en precio. Muy agradable Alexandros. Muy completo equipamiento . MUCHAS toallas.

Falta quizás algún sobrecito de café.

Pros:

Es gab ein Kochfeld und eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.
Weiters war eine Terrasse vorhanden, auf der 2 Liegen und ein Wäscheständer standen.
In der kleinen Küche gab es ausreichend Geschirr sowie Töpfe zum Kochen.
Die Nähe zum Strand und nach Rhodos-Stadt.

Cons:

In unserer Tür gab es ein wieder verputztes (Einschuss-?)Loch. Am ersten Tag hat es auf der Terrasse gestunken - ob es aus einem Kanal/Abflussschacht auf der Terrasse kam, wissen wir nicht. Die Silikonfuge der Dusche könnte aufgrund von Schimmelbefall getauscht werden. Die Klobrille sollte wieder befestigt werden, da diese hin und her rutschte.

Schöne Insel wieder, aber diese Unterkunft ist absolute Katastrophe gewesen

Die Lage war soweit ok. Aber zwischen Baustellen und Müllhalde nicht optimal. Dennoch bist du nur 5 Minuten zum Strand gegangen

Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut nicht den Bildern oder der Beschreibung
Die Einrichtung war total kaputt, das Treppengeländer war so wackelig dass unsere 3 jährige Tochter kaum alleine runter gehen konnte, Fliesen waren gebrochen, Kabel hingen überall aus den Wänden, von den Decken und standen aus dem Boden.
Obwohl schriftlich versprochen wurde, dass täglich das Appartment gereinigt wird, wurde es in dieser Woche nur 3 mal gefegt. Mit dem Müll und die restlichen Tage waren wir auf uns selbst gestellt. Da man kein WC Papier ins WC werfen durfte, eine nicht ganz so feine Angelegenheit
