Séjour gâché par une soirée VIP (exceptionnelle ?) dans la villa voisine mais sauvée par la disponibilité et proactivité du propriétaire qui a accepté un dédommagement alors que ce n’était pas de sa responsabilité. Il a également appelé la police à 3h du matin.
The premises were very shabby, including the outdoor areas. There was old kitchen and other equipment as well as junk lying around on the premises. Walking to our room there was a really strong foul smell all the time for 3 days, like rotten meat. This smell was also evident when sitting in the restaurant. One night they were roasting meat and the entire room smelled like a BBQ. The bathroom was shabby, one side of the shower door was completely missing so water was falling everywhere. The air conditioning unit in our bedroom was very old and it emitted a constant loud sound throughout the night. The second room had no blinds so in the morning, light would flood the room and we would wake up. In general, the entire experience was very poor, the place shabby and the cleanliness level super low.

We stayed here (3 x 2 adults) for Spetsathlon and unfortunately it was not a good decision. It had good bike parking and a balcony.
But we tried to call multiple times and got a very fast recording in Greek so we couldn't make any confirmations before the cancellation period. The listing said reception was 24 hours and it wasn't and that the restaurant was open and it was not. We had cycled to the hotel so didn't want to travel far for food and kept being told we should travel to their restaurant in Porto Heli. When we asked about a closer taverna in the port they said there was none and this was a lie! When people don't have cars and would have to cycle at night - to tell a lie like this is bad. One of the couples paid double the price and for 100e a night understandably couldn't accept there was no restaurant, no reception for taxis, no place to buy water, drain moths etc and left early.
Location was great! Big enough for the whole family!
Very low to zero water pressure, broken air condition.
