Muy buena ubicación!
Habitación cómoda y buen desayuno calidad/ precio genial.
Nos cambiaban toallas a diario, agua en la habitación cuando llegamos, paraguas por si llueve… calidad / precio Súper genial!

Todo fue bien hasta que en la salida me comentan que falta un paraguas en la habitación y que se supone que lo he perdido. Me cobraron 1050 bath por el paraguas.

More a hostel than a hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were run down, needed cleaning properly. There were debris, dirt etc next to the beds, bathroom etc.

We booked 2 rooms as a last minute stay for a 2 night family visit, I’d say it’s not a hotel, it’s more a back packers hostel with separate rooms. The location was great, the maids were pleasant and gave extra body wash and shampoo and the receptionist always greeted us nicely. Just the “hotel” is a bit run down itself.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
Pros:

This was my first time visiting Chiang Mai, and I chose to stay at this hotel. It was an excellent choice! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were polite, professional, and very welcoming. They even helped me arrange my sightseeing trip, which made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chiang Mai. I highly recommend this hotel!

Near the airport, friendly staff

Cons:

Didn’t have a chair in my room, had to sit in the bed all the time even for having dinner or lunch. Facilities need an update, it looks old. When i first got to my room it smelled like mold and humidity
