Pros:

Clean and contemporary. Really lovely staff. Big room with very comfy bed

Cons:

Really noisy, could hear everything in the hallways all night and early hours of the morning. Also cold water in the room during the summer months would be nice

Unfortunately had a bad experience
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, clean and lovely rooms. Lovely food in the bar and lovely helpfull staff. I unfortunately encountered an extremely rude man on reception who spoke to me like I was a bold child and snapped at me I actually had to say why are you being so rude to me. I was completely stunned and shocked. Due to this carry on I would not stay here again. I was looking forward to a night away with my boyfriend but ended up being brought to tears over simply asking for what I’d paid for. Other than this interaction I can not fault the hotel.

Exceptional.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Maeve at FOH is amazing and very helpful.
Room very clean and quiet.
Breakfast was excellent and a great variety of foods.
Would love to have stayed longer but was fully booked for Rose of Tralee .
