Hotel Ivory Tower

In the month of February i have booked to stay in this hotel for 18 days. From Feb 6- 13. I had no issues. But during my stay Feb 17 -19 in Room 432 the A/C had issues and they tried fixing but couldnt so i had to re-pack my bags and move to Room 719 which was so annoying and inconvenient to me. Then during my stay Feb 21-23 in room 720 the hot water in the shower did not work at 8am and i had to have a cold shower. I did not have the time to hang around calling and waiting for someone to come fix it. Im not sure if the hotel reserves the crappy rooms for guests who book for only one or 2 nights. Maintenence is definitely an isdue in some of the rooms.

The rooms are huge, functional but nothing fancy. Balconies are a work in progress. The highlight is the "service"- the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special. They are polite, courteous and they always listen.
The restaurant (Ebony) on the 13th floor offers appetizing food and excellent service. Breakfast options are limited but well-prepared. I would certainly prefer staying here, whenever I visit Bengaluru.

Best restaurants in Bangalore just upstairs

Great location. Room size. Staff was very friendly and helped with everything that you may need.
Especially BSF was exceptional in taking care of all our needs. I think for the price this is a great option on MG Road. I highly recommend it.

Zimmer im 2. obersten Stock, sehr geräumig und relativ sauber, alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Balkon ohne Stuhl/Tisch und ungepflegt. Aussicht nicht besonders (Metro Station und heruntergekommene Gebäude). Lage top, in einem moderneren Quartier mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt zum Zug Bahnhof (Kochi, Hospet).
Extrem nerviger und fast durchgehender Lärm aus dem oberen Stock. Es hört sich wie ständiges Möbel/Stühle umherschieben an. Sehr nervige Anrufe (Frühstück, Abendessen). Frühstück usw. nur als Zimmer Service. Essen war gut. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Nice! Small hotel, should be rated higher. The staff was just great, very welcoming and helpful and helping me navigate trains and planes.

The manager was a great help accommodating me for extra day, sending helper to the train station with me. Friendly and helpful

Good one

Great central location, private, free breakfast, everything is in walking distance including restaurants and the metro.

Not worth the money spent. In the same amount u can afford to stay in Ibis. Entrance is weird to the hotel. It looks glamorous in pics but reality is other way round. One cant step out the balcony its that's dirty and not cleant since years it seems

Waste of money.

Great experience, lovely view of Bangalore from the balcony so we could get fresh air as well any time we wanted. Complimentary breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful.
MG Road, Church Street and Brigade Road were in walking distance, so lot of shopping and food options.

The suite was nice. There was a separate sitting area from the bedroom and a balcony with a good view

- Checkin/checkout were very quick
- Staff was polite and helpful
- Location is great, both the 12th floor which gives a great view, and also very close to shopping and eating out options
- The room is very large as well, for the price I paid
- WiFi works and breakfast for 2 was complimentary

Good customer service. The hotel staff helped with booking taxi as well. Room was tidy.

Worst stay- Stinky smelling bathroom, old linens

The hotel is perfectly placed on MG road if you want to visit the cricket, only a short walk. The city centre is equally close by foot, but is a bit longer. Lots of eateries around and bars to keep you amused.

The hotel is a little aged now but there are good signs of reinvestment our suite had a new bathroom, which was tiptop. The breakfast also basic but fine, with a complimentary newspaper.

The bed was huge and comfy, but the only criticism being that the air con was a bit noisy but Bengaluru climate means that there is normally no need during the night.

Staff were absolutely the stars and helped from the elevator men upwards.

We would stay again

Chose this hotel as it was walking distance to the test cricket - India vs Australia. Actually it was a very good location with plenty of shops close by. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Only issue was there was a nightclub two floors above the room and you could hear the music throbbing through the room. I would recommend the hotel but ask for a room not directly under the nightclub.

I stayed at Hotel Ivory Tower for 2 nights and would rate this a 4-star hotel. The room was large with a living/dining room, huge bedroom and spacious bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, AC worked well, hot water in the bathroom (bathroom was very clean). The service at this hotel was also excellent all the way from check-in through to check-out. The location couldn't get any better with loads of restaurants and bars within 5-minute walking distance and the Metro right across the street. The best part about this hotel is the roof-top restaurant/bar....great view, good food, average drinks. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our stay at hotel Ivory tower was wonderful as the people are really good and their service was excellent. The room s are spacious and clean. Situated in a wonderful location, the price was reasonable.
