the room is quite damp and the whole bathroom is like sauna. 2 of our friends body is bitten with bed bugs and took days to recover.

有浴缸，但蓮蓬頭水壓很不夠，水溫也是太燙或太冷。
隔音差是基本的
最差的部分是完全沒有隔音。門外聲音包括說話、關門、腳步聲可清晰聽到。
房間整潔，唯床單被鋪不夠絲滑，感覺沒有洗乾淨的那種感覺。浴室較舊，但整體的住宿體驗可接受。
The location is super convenient. The Hsinchu TRA train station is a short walk. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
The room (deluxe balcony) was not bad. Decent amount of space. I thought the bed and pillows were comfortable, especially compared to the usual rock-hard mattresses in Taiwan. The blackout curtains were quite good. The bathroom was large, but the bathtub looked less clean so I did not try using it during my stay.
Breakfast was free but not appetizing. There is not a fitness center. The laundry facilities were only one coin washer and one coin dryer on the top floor (the is a coin laundromat the next block over that was more convenient).
Some reviewers have noted noise issues, but it was not too bad for me. I could hear doors opening and closing but did not hear much in terms of talking or anything from other rooms. Maybe the other rooms were not occupied or the deluxe balcony rooms have better soundproofing since they are on the top floor.
Pretty nice hotel in a great location. Room had subtle smell of smokers using the bathroom for a cig and bed was quite hard. But staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nice and big room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, the sheet was clean. The bathroom wall, glass was not clean and there are a lot of water stain, but nothing concerning. The staff was really nice.
The hotel is in one of the best locations in the city, near the main Yin Hsi East Gate Square. You can easily reach several shopping centers, restaurants, and fast-food places within a ten-minute walk. The neighborhood is safe, and you can enjoy the beautiful water channel nearby.
There were a few minor issues, but nothing significant worth mentioning here. I’ve already shared them with the landlord.

台鉄新竹駅から近く、飲食店も多いので便利。空調や水回りも問題なし。窓が無く外の状況がわからないのが少々残念だが、次回も利用すると思う。

地點極佳，鄰近新竹火車站及市區商圈，飯店大廳寬敞，房間乾淨，房價便宜，樓下就是中正台商圈，有7-11和各種小吃，相當方便。唯一感到困惑的是我的對外窗打開是隔壁棟的頂樓露臺，也就是隔壁人家可以直接站在我房間窗外的意思，會在意隱私及安全性的可能要避開606及608號房.......
風呂が日本の岩風呂に似ていて、湯船が深いのがよい。トイレが温式便座であり、世界中で日本の次に快適です
Pillows had bad smell so had to ask for new sets. But staff was helpful. Bed too old and soft! Overall the hotel is really too old and need a make over
新竹駅から近く、清潔にされている。ロビーのにはコーヒーメーカーも。室内トイレにはウォッシュレットもあり快適。朝食は少し寂しいが。
