Nice place to stay when visit Machu Picchu
Pros:

Good location, it closed to bus station and train station. Hotel with elevator it really help a lots🤣

Cons:

Everything is good, although staff may not able to speak English, they are so helpful by using Google translate

Good room, poor breakfast
Pros:

Big bed, very comfortable. Clean and wide room.

Cons:

Dont bother to try the breakfast. There’s one person responsible for cleaning tables, replacing utensiles and the meals. So, everything runs out and don’t get replaced.

Good Place for Budget Oriented Guests
Pros:

Location was very convenient to get to shops and train station (Departure only, not arrival)

Cons:

Lobby very small, little room for sitting and relaxing. Disappointed with breakfast; it was very basic, few choices and less than average quality.

Pros:

Rien à dire, le personnel était très aimable, la literie confortable, l’eau était chaude.
Nous avions très peur au vu de tous les commentaires négatifs que nous avions lu sur les hôtels de la ville. Pas déçues !

Pros:

Super convenient location just outside the train line. Soundproofing was excellent in the rooms from outside noise. The reception staff were courteous and efficient and allowed us to store our bags when we arrived early for check-in. Breakfast had a simple but good selection.

Cons:

There was a large aircon/ heating unit in the room that was very loud although it could be white noise for some when sleeping. Once turned off you could then hear doors slamming, people coughing and people walking up and down the stairs.

Comfortable affordable property
Pros:

Close to station and a few mins walk to MP bus stop. Room was clean and comfortable with air con. Decent shower after a long day of walking.

Pros:

We arrived late evening and wanted to just shower and lay in our beds. When we arrived, there was a stain on the bed and things from the previous people. Grabriela and Janeth were accommodating and helped us get a new room entirely. Thank you Chicas!
