Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Die Lage war gut und das Personal war freundlich.
Lärm vom Korridor, Laute Menschen und Kinder - wir konnten um 22:30 nicht einschlafen, weil die Kinder vor dem Zimmer gerannt sind und wir wurden um 6 Uhr morgens von einem Lauten Gespräch vor dem Aufzug geweckt. Frühstück nur von 5 bis 8:30 Uhr - viel zu früh und ein Tabu im Urlaub.

El desayuno es muy bueno, el box lunch también. No es un hotel para estar dentro de la habitación, pero es de lo mejor de Aguas Calientes. Es un lugar perfecto para descansar. El personal de recepción y restaurante son súper amables. La mayoría de los turistas van Machupicchu y para ello es el hotel perfecto. Bien ubicado, de fácil acceso, habitaciones que dan al exterior y pueden ser poquito ruidosas pero por lo pequeño del pueblo, y habitaciones interiores que son mas silenciosas aunque no tengan vista. Yo pedí una silenciosa y fue perfecta para descansar. El personal es súper amable. Janeth y Mayelin un encanto y siempre atentas a que tuviéramos la mejor experiencia
Para el objetivo que teníamos fue perfecto. Ninguna queja. Escuché a una señora exigiendo vista a la montaña, y terraza. La verdad también hay que saber que es un hotel económico y gama media.
We only spent 15 minutes in breakfast as we had to be out of the hotel by 0520 to catch the first buses to Machu Picchu but it seemed nice. The staff were really nice.
There was a power cut to the whole town for most of the day but obviously not the hotels fault!
Location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel also held your luggage for the day after checking out.

Location was good, close to the train station. Good options for breakfast and the two rooms we booked had all we needed.
The hotel switched off hot water for some reason it there was a lack of, we never really got a good response. After hiking the Inca trail I was really looking forward to a hot shower. But got to shower in nearly cold water for 15 min and then asked for scribe to warm up. The hotel did not have any robes. Another thing is our bathroom did not have a working hair dryer. The plug in also did not work in the bathroom. Luckily I had my kids room to leverage.

A localização é perfeita, cheguei num dia de bastante chuva e foi um alívio enxergar o hotel da janela do trem. Fiquei no sétimo andar (com elevador) e o quarto muito confortável, com banheiro grande e uma ducha excelente. O café da manhã é apenas ok, mas nada tão bom como a prestatividade da equipe (que nos deu um box para colocar algumas frutas e levarmos no trajeto até a citadela).
