Acomodação e boa, não nos decepcionou, camas bem confortáveis, falta frigobar no quarto, mas no restante atendeu bem, café da manhã muito bom.

The hotel is located on a busy tourist street right across from one of the train exits; while this is convenient in terms of logistics, the noise from trains and tourists is bothersome late into the night.

Additionally, guests talking loudly in the rooms and hallways was a major nuisance. While the guests' lack of consideration isn't the hotel's fault, the management could do more to remind guests that observing quiet hours is a way of respecting everyone.

However, what we really disliked was the standard of cleanliness. There was hair stuck to the shower walls, and both the room's carpet and curtains smelled musty (despite the presence of a dehumidifier).

The mattress was very soft and sagged. It wasn't a good night's sleep, nor was it a good stay. It lacked both cleanliness and comfort.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral. Man ist schnell am Bahnhof und an der Bushaltestelle zu Machu Picchu. Alles war sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren recht klein. Sehr früher Check out.

Queda al frente de la estación de tren. Lo recomiendo porque es Muy práctico y cómodo para quedarse, porque te bajas del tren, caminas poco y ya llegaste. Hay habitaciones con vista al paradero del tren, mucha bulla sí pero hasta las 9pm, luego se puede descansar tranquilamente. A mi me tocó habitación de la parte de atrás, con menos ruido, pero con vista a un callejón. Para quedarte 1-2 noches el hotel lo recomiendo !

Pequeno Hotel simples mas confortável.

Hotel agradável com uma parte interna bonita para se descansar ou até trabalhar. quarto simples mas de fácil acesso , isso é importante quando se considera que esta em Cusco, onde o ar falta. Café da manha simples mas eficiente. fica perto do centro histórico

Quarto muito simples e um eterno vazamento de agua no chão do banheiro o que incomodava pisar e sujar o resto do quarto.

Ansprechendes Zimmer - aber 9:30 Uhr Checkout
Pros:

Großer, privater Balkon mit Ausblick. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Ausstattung war ansprechend: Kaffee, Tee, Wasserkocher, Tassen, Minibar. Das Personal war stets freundlich und gab sich Mühe. Die Betten und das weitere Mobiliar waren bequem. Das Bad war sehr geräumig mit vielen Pflegprodukten und der Wasserdruck ganz gut. Unten in der Lobby hat man die Möglichkeit sich kostenlosen Kaffee oder Tee zu organisieren. Die Lage ist optimal: direkt am Bahnhof und 3 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle nach Machu Picchu entfernt.

Cons:

Die mobile Klimaanlage kühlte nicht sehr effizient, aber passabel. Wir müssen leider sagen, dass es ein Unding ist, dass die Checkoutzeiten so früh sind – 9:30 Uhr!!! Das ist schon fast eine Frechheit! Auch die Frühstückszeiten sind völlig zuzureichend. Wir schafften es, nach der Machu-Picchu-Frühtour (6 Uhr) noch einmal zurück zum Hotel. Wir wollten uns noch ausruhen, bis unser Zug abfuhr. Wir schlugen das Angebot aus, um 4:30 Uhr das Frühstück einzunehmen - wer hat denn da auch schon Hunger? – sondern rechneten damit, nach dem Ausflug dieses einnehmen zu können. Leider wurde es nicht mehr angeboten, obwohl wir dafür bezahlt hatten. Tipp: Das Hotel könnte auf die Idee kommen, den Gästen für den Ausflug etwas mitzugeben. Als wir dann oben im Zimmer waren, befand sich ein Handwerker auf dem Balkon und strich eine Wand und das Bett war frisch gemacht. Ein Angestellter wies uns daraufhin, dass wir doch schon ausgecheckt seien (???). Nach Verständigung bat uns der Angestellte das Bett nicht mehr zu benutzen, da dies schon präpariert sei. Die 20 Minuten genossen wir dann endlich allein auf dem Balkon unsere Ruhe. Wenn das Zimmer bis 9:30 Uhr gebucht wurde, dann sollte dies auch so zur Verfügung stehen.

O quarto não correspondia às fotos que vimos aqui no Booking. Não havia iluminação natural, já que a janela estava virada para as escadas do prédio. Nas fotos, o quarto era bonito e iluminado. Na prática, era escuro; foi um pouco decepcionante, além do banheiro também não ser tão bonito quanto nas fotos. Em um povoado em que não há muito o que fazer, a qualidade do quarto me parece importante.
Além disso, o anúncio informava que havia ar condicionado. Não é verdade. Havia um ventilador de chão, em formato de ar condicionado, para tirar o ar quente do quarto, mas não há condensadora ou ar frio saindo do aparelho - o que caracteriza um ar condicionado.
