Heerlijk, ontspannen verblijf in sfeervol hotel
Pros:

De ontvangst was vriendelijk, de fietsen mochten binnen staan, het ontbijt was heerlijk, de ligging van het hotel was erg mooi!

Cons:

De kamer was mooi ingericht maar kleiner dan verwacht.

Ik voelde me heel erg thuis in het Damhotel.
Pros:

Het hotel is erg goed. De ambiance is fijn. Het eten is heerlijk, de bediening is heel goed. Ze hebben een goede oplossing voor mijn ontbijt bedacht, want ik ging heel vroeg weg.

Pros:

Vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel, mooie entourage en ruime keuze uit smaakvolle gerechten. Knusse kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt met alle ruimte om bij te bestellen en keuze uit soort ei / sapjes.

Cons:

Kamers zijn wel wat gehorig als het gaat om badkamergeluiden van de buren.

Mooie locatie en fijne sfeer, romantische en comfortabele kamer, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Van het ontbijt had ik iets meer verwacht. Ik miste verse jus d'orange, keuze in het soort ei, en ongezoette yoghurt met cruesli. Maar dat is ook mijn persoonlijke voorkeur.

Amazing and unique hotel in the Heart of beautiful Edam. The staff were welcoming and attentive. I would highly recommended this hotel.

Lovely hotel, great interiors design and decor. Very good restaurant, great value for money
Pros:

Convenient location right in the middle of the old town. Great interior design, amazing actually, bedroom small but comfy, (there are larger rooms at higher cost) bathroom well appointed. Staff helpful and courteous. Dinner was amazing apart from the squid starter which was too chewy, we pointed it out and would have expected it off the bill but not a major issue, anyhow, the surf and turf, salmon and chicken sate were great. Breakfast severed at the table and a reasonable choice but not given any options. Very helpful when looking for a parking space.

Cons:

I think they should have more experienced restaurant staff to be honest, the people there are keen but for example the comment above could have been handled better and if there was any choice of breakfast we didn’t know.
