Pros:

Attention notre réservation à l'auberge Damhotel ne sait pas faite faute de place mais nous avons été pris en charge par l'hôtel restaurant De Fortuna qui est un très bel établissement et pour lequel j'ai attribué les notes.

Abominabel bed op een prachtige locatie
Pros:

De locatie en het historische gebouw zijn prachtig en romantisch. Het diner in het restaurant was goed.

Cons:

Het bed is ronduit verschrikkelijk. In de aanprijzing stond: “romantisch verblijf met een groot tweepersoonsbed”
Maar wat bleek: het waren 2 eenpersoonsbedden naast elkaar met een grote sprei eroverheen om dat te verhullen. De matrassen waren oud en slap, dus iedereen kan zich dan voorstellen wat dat doet met de romantiek.
Toen ik reclameerde bij de receptie, moest het meisje overleggen met haar manager. Na 5 minuten kwam ze terug met een schamel “we vinden het heel vervelend voor u”, zonder enige vorm van tegemoetkoming.
Dat stak het meest en heeft geleid tot deze slechte beoordeling.

Everything was perfect !
Pros:

Room was very beautiful, felt like a time machine to 18th century. Breakfast was amazing. Edam is most beatuiful and peaceful city in the Europe and hotel is in the centre of Edam.

Aangenaam verblijf op een mooie locatie
Pros:

De badkamer en toiletartikelen waren goed in orde. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

We verbleven 4 dagen in het hotel. Het ontbijt was altijd wat hetzelfde. Tip: wat variatie in het ontbijt.

Heel schoon, uitstekend ontbijt.

Cons:

Het 2 persoons bed met 2 matrassen die uit elkaar schoven waardoor je in een gat zakt waar je lastig uitkomt zonder de ander wakker te maken. Het zijn 2 een persoonsbedden ipv een twee persoonsbed. Fit weerhoudt ons om terug te komen.21¹

Heerlijk, ontspannen verblijf in sfeervol hotel

De ontvangst was vriendelijk, de fietsen mochten binnen staan, het ontbijt was heerlijk, de ligging van het hotel was erg mooi!
