Sehr gute Unterkunft mit Abstrichen bei Kundenorientierung des Betreibers.
Pros:

Ein großes und sauberes Zimmer. Das Hotel Finca Alcamino liegt in einer ruhigen Lage.

Cons:

Die über Booking.com übermittelte Adresse des Hotels ist falsch gewesen. Als ich an dieser Adresse angekommen bin befand sich dort eine Firma. Erst Passanten haben mir die richtige Adresse genannt, die aber in einem anderem Stadteil ist.
Ich erhielt keine Angaben wie ich in die Unterkunft hineingehen kann. Erst als ich angerufen habe, hat man mir den Zugangscode für die Eingangstür gesagt. Die Betreiber haben versucht mit mir über SMS zu kommunizieren unter anderen mit der Frage ob ich ein Frühstück bestelle. Warum wird mit dem Kunden nicht über den offiziellen Weg über Booking kommuniziert? Warum SMS? Gesamt bewertend ist es eine wirklich gute Unterkunft aber das Personal muss deutlich zuverlässiger und Kundenorientierter werden.

Pros:

Very clean and spacious. Easy auto check-in. Working with the correos for PAQ mochilas was possible too. There was water and a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast (additional) was the best.

Cons:

Nothing. A suggestion would be to place a small electric kettle for tea.

Zuerst sollte es 19:00 Abendessen geben, dann 19:30, dann 20:00 Uhr. Das Zeitmanagement ist nicht optimal.
Frühstück um 9:00 Uhr war zu spät, haben wir gecancelt.

Easy acces to visit Santander - great stopover
Pros:

Prompt check in information received Parking, large very clean room / bathroom with good decor.
The best individual continental breakfast we have had ( bit too much!)
Train / bus into Santander walking distance …
