Fantastic Arrival Service & Views, But Room Detail Needs Consistency
Pros:

I had a very good stay overall at Park Hyatt Guangzhou! The arrival experience was exceptional—the concierge noticed I was overheated during a heatwave and thoughtfully offered tissues while handling my luggage and guiding me to the 65th-floor sky lobby.

However, housekeeping consistency could be improved. On my 2nd day, my Globalist welcome amenities and hand-written note were prematurely cleared away, and basic items like bath salts and cotton pads were not refilled.

Since the hotel does not have a dedicated executive lounge, offering complimentary drinks or snacks at their incredible rooftop bar for Globalists would be a fantastic way to go above and beyond for loyal guests. Beautiful property with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to detail!

Las vistas y las instalaciones del hotel. La decoración es espectacular, la piscina y el sauna una delicia.

Cons:

Es un laberinto, ya que el lobby esta en el piso 63 y las habitaciones hay que bajar a otros pisos. Para los restaurantes hay que subir al lobby y tomar un tercer elevador. En fin, es cosa de acostumbrarse.

My choice for next trip
Pros:

My son and I were staying at a close by luxury hotel but found our breakfast buffet too generic. We ate here two mornings and found the food excellent. The room was a warm wood tone and had a lovely view of the city. Most importantly the coffee was excellent. This would be my chosen hotel for our next visit. The staff were lovely and the common areas were tasteful with interesting wood sculptures.

Отличный отель! Нам все очень понравилось. Консьерж служба работала идеально. Работа персонала с посадкой и высадкой гостей на первой этаже - безупречна. Завтрак - выше всяких похвал, выбор блюд найдется на любой вкус. Стойка регистрации - молниеносное заселение.

Cons:

Убавить температуру в бассейне. Очень жарко - температура воздуха как за окном, вода близка к горячей, будто бы плаваешь в термальных источниках.

From the warm welcome at reception to the final farewell, every member of the team demonstrated an extraordinary level of courtesy, professionalism, and genuine care that made me feel valued throughout my stay.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. My room offered one of the most breathtaking views of Guangzhou I have ever experienced. Waking up every morning to the incredible skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows was unforgettable. The room was elegant, spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with remarkable attention to detail, combining luxury with comfort perfectly.

What impressed me the most, however, was the consistently outstanding service. Every request was handled immediately with efficiency and a smile. The staff anticipated guests’ needs naturally and created an atmosphere of true hospitality rarely found even in top luxury hotels.

Breakfast each morning was another highlight of the experience. The quality of the food was simply superb, with an impressive selection of fresh international and local specialties prepared to perfection. Equally remarkable was the breakfast service team, whose attentiveness and kindness elevated the entire dining experience. The staff ensured everything was flawless while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Without question, the Park Hyatt Guangzhou sets the standard for luxury hospitality. The Perfect Hotel for a big city Adventure
Pros:

Incredible hotel that has the best views of the city! The wait staff at the rooftop bar were amazing. The room was a corner suite that was stunning. The front desk helped us and is a huge value add for the hotel! Food was perfect every meal and made it an amazing experience in Gaungzhou!
