Hotel bem localizado, camas confortáveis e quarto bem limpo. Recepção cordial, fomos bem atendidos. Estacionamento em frente ao hotel. O quarto estava arrumado e cheiroso.
The hotel room in general was spacious and the bed was big
The location was in the middle of the highway and in general it did not feel safe at all. When we stepped outside the hotel, homeless people would approach us and when we were waiting for an uber, 2 older men in a black van pulled up and asked us “would you ladies like some company?”which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe as girls in their early 20s. Breakfast was honestly very poor quality and we did not feel like we could eat it, the one morning that we did attend breakfast there was an argument between staff and some guests which again made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The pool was not the cleanest and had a weird smell to it. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, when we asked them questions at reception they would give us a weird look and make us feel like we were bothering them. The main entrance was open 24/7 and at times there were no staff at the reception desk which meant ANYONE could walk in and in this case was very dangerous as the location we were staying at had many suspicious people. When Uber drivers dropped us off at the hotel they literally warned us to be careful as this is a very unsafe area and questioned why we were even staying there. The sink was broken in our bathroom, the bathroom door was broken and and air conditioning was awfully dusty and made us feel very unwell. The elevator creaked so much, we thought it would drop at any point. Would not recommend staying here if you want to feel safe.

The staff gave me great service and I appreciated that the Breakfast was free every day.

Nothing. It was the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel I have ever stayed at!!! Sincerely! The room was disgusting! Shower was moldy and the faucet in the tub was about to come off, door would not shut! Stains all over the floor and furniture! DISGUSTING EVERYWHERE!!! Bar/tank was found in the corner. Ribbed wallpaper. Disgusting, worst hotel!! Also felt unsafe. Disgusting all over.
Henkilökunta oli erittäin avulias. Erityisesti receptionissa palvellut Anu oli korvaamattoman avulias huoneiden vaihtamisen suhteen. Hän näki paljon vaivaa, jotta majoittumisemme olisi mahdollisimman hyvä.
Hotelli on huonokuntoinen. Toisessa huoneistamme oli ilmastointilaite vuotanut vettä lattialle ja huoneessa haisi vahvasti home. Molemmissa huoneissa katossa kosteusvaurioita. Samoin yleisissä tiloissa. Avuliaan henkilökunnan avulla saimme vaihdettua siistit huoneet.
Pool was fun. Beds were comfortable.
No exhaust in the bathroom. Had to keep the door open to cool it at all. The rest of the hotel was very stuffy.

The workers were great. They were nice and friendly. I was disappointed they didnt have waffles and no granberry juice. They were out. The room spelled bad. They never came to clean our room. We would ask for towels every day. When we checked out we had a pile of towels in our room.
It was not a clean environment.
This property needs a lot of updating from the outside to the inside. It also needs a cleaning company to come in and clean this place from to to bottom vents ceilings walls everything.
