Pros:

Bedding was very comfortable and plenty of close handicap parking.

Cons:

My sister wanted to take a bath and the tub was only set up for a shower. There was a roach trap behind the entertainment stand with dead roaches in it. We did not see any live ones during our stay and the room was clean overall.

The hotel front counter gentleman was so nice , helpful and polite. He is the reason score is 9 .
Breakfast was good with many options .
Location was good with many food and stores in walking distance .
Less than 4 miles to Broadway so cheaper to Uber than to park car , only cost 22.00 total for both trips .

Cons:

Floors were very sticky in bathroom.
Hallway smelled very musty

Really only thing I can say that I liked about the property was the price.

Cons:

Even though the place was suppose to be smoke free our room smelt like someone had smoked a whole carton of cigarettes before we arrived. Found baby roach’s crawling around in the bathroom. The area around the location is an extremely poor area the amount of homeless walking around and standing out on the street when trying to leave the location begging for things is a lot. Signs posted telling you not to leave anything in your vehicle due to this was not a good sign. Things in the room were broken like the tv stand so it constantly stayed tilted to one side, lamp shades just sitting on the lamp and not actually screwed down shower stopped broken and just laying in the tub.
