スタッフはとても親切です！！
Pros:

駅チカで24時間出入り自由。スタッフは親切だし清掃もされている。安いしいつも空いている。

Cons:

風呂場からGが湧いてくる。元ラブホとかデリで使っているのか...部屋にゴムとかアダルトチャンネルとかがある。部屋にタバコの匂いが染み付いているし下水からも匂いが上がってくる。単身男性向け。

訂購的房間並無附贈早餐，地點超好，就在火車站附近，而且離我的目的地很近。

Just a place to stay the night in a convenient location. Prepare to use your own internet.
Pros:

It is quite close to the train station and some attractions of the city.
Many nice yakiniku restaurants nearby.
Big TV screen.
Nice view out of the window.
Quick check in process.

Cons:

The noise from the street creeps into the room quite easily, even on the 6th floor. You cannot have a quiet environment after 7 am or so.
The Wi-Fi was unusable inside the room.
The use of the TV was complicated and had to call the reception to assist. They sent a random man (without uniform and manners) to fix it.
There were not enough plugs to charge my group's devices.
The bedsheets were not exactly clean and new.
Too much money for the value we got.
There was not enough and safe space to leave the big luggage after the check out. For this kind of place, this is expected.
