Hotel Carnaval

I booked for 2 nights. My spouse and I stayed here last year, and it was acceptable, but this time was different. I was greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom sink. I wanted to shower, but there were no towels in the bathroom. I found towels on the bed, but they smelled like they had been used. I had to ask for clean towels. Then, the power went out, and it was dark and hot, since the A/C was not working. A neighbor right outside the window ran a very noisy gas powered generator until the power came back on hours later. Morning of 2nd day I could not take advantage of the breakfast because of limited hours. Second night was a repeat of first night--power out, hot, noisy. I will not be staying here again. There are plenty of alternatives.

It was a nice stay. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Hot shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast included.

Common areas and breakfast good. No hot water in rooms except a badly wired instant shower head. Overall bad and dangerous electricity, lamps no shades. Towel (1) badly worn and in threads.

This was a great stay in huge, well-appointed rooms at an incredibly low price with fabulous, free traditional Honduran breakfast. Everything was spot-on perfect!

Safe and secure no issues at all! . Beautiful views and amazing sounds in the morning from the birds. Definitely would stay again . Close to Walmart and shops as well .

Definitely will consider this hotel for our next trip to Honduras. Friendly staff, private parking, located in a safe and clean area. Located at a walking distance from the mall, pharmacies, supermarket, etc.

Very nice, big rooms with lots of seating, and good amenities like tv, a/c, and internet. The bathrooms are nice and everything was clean. The hotel has a guard at the front and friendly staff.

Reasonable price for the facility will be back for another visit

Property is only 4 years old so it’s in very good condition. The area is safe and the hotel is clean. Their breakfast is very basic and could use improvement in the way the care for the customer and the food options. The food is very basic but the price of the hotel is very fair. The staff is great.

This is my 2nd experience staying at Hotel Carnaval. The rooms e huge, the AC works great! The staff is real friendly and attentive!

This is second time we stayed at this wonderful hotel. Great location, big clean rooms, helpful and gracious staff and good Honduran breakfast.

We had a great stay. Hotel is very clean and close to malls and restaurants. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is included. Lots of beautiful paintings on the walls and a large sitting area on each floor. Air conditioning works great in room and is included on room price. We would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
