La amabilidad y competencia del personal. El mobiliario de la habitación y el diseño general del hotel.

Cons:

La calidad y la variedad del desayuno dejan mucho que desear. Esperaba más comida fresca y saludable. Por ejemplo, una elección de cereales – como granola o avena, etc. –, yogur fresco, una elección de panes crujientes, etc. Solo había cornflakes disponibles: alimentos altamente procesados con una gran cantidad de azúcar. En conjunto, este nivel de calidad en el desayuno no coincide con la buena impresión general del hotel como tal.

A disappointing experience.
Pros:

An ok option. Clean and comfortable, but the facilities: bar, restaurant and pool were very disappointing. Staff were very helpful though.

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor for this level of hotel. The coffee wasn’t drinkable, and otherwise it was just bread and jam to eat.

Potential to be great!
Pros:

An excellent choice for a basic stay. Receptionist, Josie, was very helpful throughout the problems.

Cons:

Sadly a few things didn’t work which is a shame as it’s a nice hotel: The pool area was being refurbished and no notice was given. The TV didn’t work. The breakfast is beyond basic. Otherwise it’s fine.
