Breakfast was not great
Except for the noise coming from a nearby Night club and the now and then not so strong Wi-Fi; my stay was very comfortable.
It is an excellent hotel.
The staff is exemplary and the hotel is very safe. The taxi drivers recommended by the hotel are very honest and friendly.
I would come back again and recommend it for others.

It’s not a hotel it’s a jail noting service and stilling stuff no law dangerous zero deftly no breakfast no anything just they ask you money with no service it’s horrible
The staff were exceptionally helpful. Martha one of the receptionist arranged for some shopping to be collected and delivered to us at the hotel without fuss.
The staff were lovely, the food was good, and the location suited me.

There is no elevator, but that is not a big issue
I stayed in the hotels on two occasions. Single room, the door was not locking well . The key had to be turned and twisted and pushed and pulled in order to lock the door. Single room as really small I could not turn around in the room and the bed was short for me. Double room was nice and big space.
Breakfast was very basic and every day I asked for omlet the waiter guy could tell me that there is eggs in rolex but then again I wasn’t eating Rolex.. I was like I had to be begging for omlet at breakfast..

The hotel should invest in extra remote controls for the A/C units. Sharing one remote among all of the hotel guests is not practical.
Positives: friendly, helpful staff. Very clean overall, including the communal areas and rooms. Nice restaurant, lovely (vegetarian) breakfast. Plenty of eating places in the area. The city centre can be reached in 20-30 minutes, depending on the transport.
Negatives: it can be a little bit noisy, especially during the weekend, as there are a few clubs in the area. If you are a light sleeper like me, I recommend to use earplugs.
