terrible experience.
I arrived at 01:15 in the morning, as specified in the booking. But arrived, the place was closed, only a telephone on the front desk. After many calling the answer was "Sorry no place"

The staff was very helpful and nice. They gave us everything we asked for right away, and if there were any problems they came right away to fix them. The location was great and very safe, and the hotel was not noisy at all. They came daily to clean and did a great job. We were very happy with the service. Special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud, who was extremely helpful, especially with our checking out.

Greit hotell. Stort rom med fine fasiliteter. Renholdet var ikke bra. Service var greit med at vi fikk hjelp til bagasjen men det var det. Vi hadde frokost inkludert i prisen men det var ikke frokost på hotellet, her må hotellet og hotels.com få bedre rutiner. Resepsjonisten ville ikke yte ekstra service med å sjekke det opp med hotels.com og min kvittering på oppholdet fra hotels.com var ikke bra nok for resepsjonisten. Men det var en rimelig pris for ett stort rom med stor balkong.

bad room service, bad enviroment, bad location, everything is worse than ever

we all lost money in hotel, although i m not sure it's done by employee of hotel or not, but it's really a bad experience. the thief does not take all money, but just partly stolen. for me, i lost 300$, my friend in other room also lost 300$, also my roommate lost alsmost 300$ with some JOD. the thief doesn't like other country currency i think, because our pakistan and Egyption currency not be stolen. by the way, hotel doesn't clean room every day until you ask them

Poor service and poor hotel managment accomodating would not recomed this hotel for staying in Jordan

Hotels in Amman are really unpredictable, especially locally-owned small hotels. But this hotel turned out to be a great choice. The staff were quite professional and the rooms are large with many amenities. We were offered a free upgrade simply because it was available. The location has quick and easy access to the airport and main city sites.
They could improve room cleanliness though. Our room was quite dusty and the sheets and pillows were past their expiry date.

The hotel was quiet and clean as well as 2 bedrooms for bigger groups that travel so it can save you money on multiple rooms. It was a little further away from the airport than expected and should be considered if you have an afternoon flight since traffic can be a bit of a problem. Their was no restaurants in quick walking distance and for good food a taxi was necessary. The only issue room wise was the balcony door was broken with the apartment being on the 1st floor anyone can enter it if we didn't recognize it before leaving out. For the money it's not bad just be sure of how your trip is planned before considering this hotel.

This hotel was very clean and had everything we were looking for. The staff were EXCELLENT and helped us with everything we needed. We were from out of town and the staff helped us find where we needed to go and helped us get there as well. If I were to repeat my trip I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great room, great staff, great hotel.

The hotel is new , Small , clean . located on a traffic intersection lights. low noise inside the rooms. rooms are spacious , clean , with all facilities . just missing a table to be used in case you want to work on your computer. internet speed was OK. walking distance to a pharmacy , supermarket , coffee shop and restaurant .

Wir wählten dieses Hotel, da es in der Nähe des Wohnortes unserer Tochter war. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort bevor wir unsere Reise durch Jordanien starteten.
