Pros:

Localização muito boa! Na rua tem várias lojas e pizzaria, restaurantes. Sem contar na linda praia e na vista para a ilha!

Cons:

A luminária tinha pouca luminosidade, se abrisse a cortina, nao teria privacidade. Por estar na rua principal, pode incomodar o barulho a noite, porém pra mim foi tranquilo.

Tolle Lage mit Meerblick! Sauberkeit... da ist noch viel Luft nach oben!
Pros:

Lage super - zentral, direkt am Strandboulevard. Strand, Lokale, Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Es gab warmes Wasser und eine gute Klimaanlage (sehr leise).
Großes Zimmer und Balkon mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Gute Matratze aber sehr schmales Bett. Bettwäsche immer frisch und sauber.
Auf Nachfrage zu einer zweiten Kaffeetasse haben wir auch eine größere Kaffeemaschine erhalten, welche recht sauber war.

Cons:

Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig! Wir sind bestimmt nicht pingelig und waren schon in viel einfacheren Unterkünften, da war es aber sauberer. Die Kanne der Kaffeemaschine und die Heizplatte waren komplett verdreckt. Der Kühlschrank könnte bzw. müsste auch sauberer sein. In der Dusche lag noch die benutzte Seife vom Vorgänger und unter dem Bett wird offensichtlich nie gekehrt. Wann und ob die Glasscheiben vom Balkon je geputzt wurden...?
Die "kostenlosen Pflegeprodukte" waren zwei mini Handseifen. Safe geht eigentlich mit Batterien, es waren uralte, ausgelaufene drinne. Auf Nachfrage haben wir einen Safe-Schlüssel erhalten, welcher schon geklebt war.

La ubicación era perfecta, de todo el comercio.
A 10 minutos caminado por la peatonal al aeropuerto.
Las chicas de aseo, muy atentas y amables, hicieron mi estancia mucho más cómoda.

Cons:

El ruido de la calle hasta horas de la madrugada, aunque se entiende porque queda en la peatonal y no es responsabilidad del alojamiento
