Bem localizado, excelente qualidade.
Pros:

Excelente hotel, staff super simpático e atencioso. Não tem estacionamento próprio mas existe um privado mesmo em frente . Hotel muito perto do centro e das principais atrações (Castelo, Paço dos Duques, Museu de Alberto Sampaio..) . Piscina interior óptima para relaxar depois de um dia de passeio pela cidade. Pequeno-almoço de excelente qualidade!!! Sem dúvida um dos melhores hotéis onde já fiquei.

Ótima localização.

Cons:

Reservamos o quarto com o SPA incluído e ao chegar para fazer o check-in quase não tivemos informações sobre o spa da própria pessoa da receção, a não ser que a pergunta fosse feita. Não tinha chinelos e nem roupão no quarto, passamos por alguma dificuldade para conseguir aproveitar o spa, e mesmo assim não nos foi informado sobre o armário para guardar as coisas.
Em relação ao quarto, não havia um real armário para guardar as coisas, apenas um meio armário que, se colocarmos peças longas, iriam amassar.
Não foi uma estadia suave, no sentido das coisas se encaixarem naturalmente, mas aproveitamos de alguma forma no final.
