Отличные выходные в морозном Питере!
Pros:

Местоположение отличное!
Завтраки очень хороши, яичница или омлет готовят по заказу в великолепном историческом помещении на 3м этаже старинного особняка с приятной музыкой. Очень приятный персонал. Здание с историей -можно попросить распечатку о нем у администратора. В номерах было очень тепло, хотя на улице было -18.

Прекрасный отель в самом центре Санкт-Петербурга в старинном особняке. Очень чисто, персонал отзывчивый, во всем помогает. А завтраки проходят в чудесном месте! Старинный зал с расписным потолком и деоевянными панелями, как в сказочном Хогвартсе. Удобно гулять пешком,все рядом

A mixed bag of pluses and minuses

A small hotel and even smaller rooms and bathrooms. Very basic comfort and below average amenities. The staff was friendly in general but the two-hour late checkout extension that was granted at check-in was receded and not valid and we received a call from the front demanding that we check out at once. This was extremely annoying considering that we had made plans based on an approved late check out!
The breakfast buffet has a good assortment of food and three different egg dishes made to order.
The building is old with many antiques and antique framed pictures, artwork and photos and high ceilings. The hotel’s location was very convenient in the heart of the center. With many other hotel options around the center, this hotel ranks at 5 out of 10.

Highly recommended hotel!
Pros:

Big Marine is amazing hotel! Staff was super friendly and nice, despite we didn’t speak any Russian. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep.

The location of the hotel is 5/5. Very central location but still quiet and we didn’t hear any outside notices in the room.

The only minor issue was to get to order omelets at the breakfast. The staff there didn’t speak any English and it turned out to be difficult to place an order. Fortunately google translate solved the situation.

Отличное расположение. Внимательный персонал.Завтрак-голодными не останетесь Но вот предложение администрации, положите пожалуйста на стекло, что на столах в зале для завтраков тканные или прорезиненные салфетки. Очень неприятно ставить тарелку и стаканы на стекло, хотя я понимаю Вам легко после протереть. Комната стандарт не большая, но все есть, самое главное чайные приборы.

Très bon accueil, avec le souci de bien renseigner les hôtes. Petit déjeuner très bien avec un personnel disponible, et dans un cadre d'une exceptionnelle décoration. Propreté parfaite.
Nous avons été peu dérangés en Février par la luminosité du jour, mais des doubles rideaux plus occultants (surtout pendant la saison d'été) seraient appréciables. Parfois un peu de bruit du fait de portes d'autres chambres qui claquent.

Ruhig, sauber. Personal ist freundlich. Frühstück iat lecker. Bis Isaak Kathedrale -3 Minuten gehen . Natürlich ist es kein 5 Sterne Hotel, aber Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist ganz gut.

Big Marine on oikein mukava paikka. Paikka näyttää hienolta. Henkilökunta on avuliasta ja nopeita auttamaan.

Erityisesti pidin siitä, kun huoneeseen oli tuotu lahjaksi uuden vuoden aattona pullollinen kuohuviiniä ja suklaalevy.

Aamiasihuone on hieno näköinen, mutta ikävä kyllä aamiainen ei ollut ihan makuuni. Poikaystäväni piti siitä paljon. Aamiainen on monipuolinen niin en itsekkään jäänyt tyhjin vatsoin.
