Excellent stay in Oct 2023.
Pros:

I traveled with my parents. We booked two-bedroom suite, which was excellent idea, each room has its own TV. Very clean rooms and bedding, bathroom supplies replenished on time. Things I would like to improve: new mini fridge, the old one was not cold enough. Also, I would like to see more Russian cuisine choices, maybe crepes for breakfast? Hotel reception staff was amazing, huge help! Thank you ladies and gentleman.

Чистый уютный номер, проводилась ежедневная уборка в номере. Не было водички в номере, но зато стоит кулер с водой в коридоре на каждом этаже. Полотенца, мыло, шампунь все было в наличии. Отличный номер за приемлемую стоимость

Pros:

Rooms were renovated after my last visit few years ago which is plus. Location is good not for away from Nevsky or nearest metro. They tried to charge me for breakfast while I was checking out. But I want to believe it was just misunderstanding from receptionist.

We were very impressed to stay at this hotel because of classic design and were around with classic building of St.Petersburg also easy to connect with subway and of course the breakfast was very very nice

Cozy big rooms
Pros:

The rooms were really big, with a nice big bathroom. The rooms were cleaned every day. I especially loved the breakfast, which was fabulous! And as we left our hotel early in the morning (3:30 am), they gave us a lunch package for the road :)
Would recommend.

宿泊客は国内旅行のロシア人が多く、外国人はあまり見なかった。でも宿泊する分には、何も問題なく過ごせる。強いて言うなら、朝食のブィッフェがあまり美味しくなかった。

Pros:

There was everything all right. The room was very clear and big. There was lots of food and big choice for breakfast. We could rent a device for mobil WiFi. The hotel is in the city centre, near to the museums. Good price.

Pros:

Nous avons eus une magnifique chambre avec bain à bulles dans la salle de bain et le petit-déjeuner est juste parfait tout est très bon et fait maison. La réception ainsi que le personnel sont très sympathique et tous très professionnel. Nous n’avons rien à dire sur la propreté car tout est nickel. Cette hôtel mérite vraiment ces 4 étoiles. De plus qualité prix rien à dire.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Good location, clean and spacious rooms, quiet during the night hours. Housekeeping is proper working, all staff very helpful and friendly. Lunch box available for early leaving, which I really appreciated. Breakfast choice is veeery rich and includes delicious authentic russian food. Location is also good. In walking distance to central St. Petersburg and Finland Station. Metro 5 min. away. I enjoyed my stay at Russ Hotel. Thanks to everyone.

L’hôte est très bien situé, il est propre. Petits déjeuner copieux et variés.
Par contre personnel à l’accueil Peu compétent et parle très peu anglais. Inadmissible pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.

Pros:

Отель довольно хороший. Номер уютный чистый. Две комнаты, две односпальные кровати в одной комнате и большая двухспальная в другой комнате. Два телевизора и холодильник, кондиционер в каждой комнате.Завтраки достойные шведский стол. Ужин и обеды брать не стали, так как поздно приходили. И во-вторых они дорогие. Заселили быстро персонал приветливый. Бесплатный wifi. От станции метро примерно метров 800 это станция Чернышевского.

Neljä venäläistä tähteä ei selvästikään vastaa yhtä montaa eurooppalaista tähteä. Huoneessa viemärinhaju, suihkuseinä niin surkea että koko kylpyhuone vedenvallassa suihkun jälkeen.
