El desayuno pésimo, las almohadas totalmente destrozadas, la localización en general no es aceptable y menos que coincida con las estrellas que le ponen en la aplicación. La primera vez que no me sirvió.

Hay problemas de mantenimiento, los baños que están cerca del restaurante, están bien deteriorados y en las habitaciones, la grifería manchada y trabajando regularmente
La ubicación es muy buena
El terrible olor a humedad que hay en todos los cuartos y pisos del hotel es terrible. Algo que conoce el hotel muy bien porque tiene humidificadores instalados permanentes en los pasillos de las habitaciones, pero simplemente no es suficiente.
Ya son varias veces que me he quedado y el problema continúa sin solución alguna.
Definitivamente eso ocasiona que no se pueda estar, dormir o compartir bien porque hasta la ropa sale con ese olor.
