Luego de que reserve y no podía cancelar gratis
Me llegó un correo diciéndome que la piscina iba a estar en mantenimiento en toda la estadía.. me pareció una mala jugada, y por otro lado el sábado el hotel ofreció un brunch externo durante el horario de desayuno
Yo tome mi desayuno a las 9:30am dentro del horario y de verdad no habia productos, nada de panes y de nada
Entonces yo pagué por un desayuno carísimo y bastante escaso

Cons:

No tenía servicio de piscina por mantenimiento
El desayuno bufet lo venden a eventos externos y los huéspedes se quedan sin desayuno prácticamente … lamentable

excelente ubicación en el norte de la ciudad muy cerca de los centros comerciales más importantes de la ciudad

Cons:

entraron a la habitación a revisar el minibar estando nosotros en la habitación y luego la persona de aseo. Queriamos descansar y abrieron la puerta, aunque pidieron disculpas no fue cómodo

They have a policy that says you can’t bring guests in after 6pm including weekends that isn’t listed on their website or any easily accessible location. Had I known that I would probably have stayed somewhere else

Fortunately I didn't have to spend much time at the hotel.
Pros:

The location was good and both the check-in and check-out processes were ok.

Cons:

The facilities are impersonal, quite run down and very dark. The humidity level in the hotel is unbearable, the bathroom didn't work properly ( shower door didn't close, water pressure and temperature were horrible), the general lighting of the room and corridors made the place gloomy and depressing.
