Le personnel très accueillant et aimable, on peut facilement s'arranger si besoin, ils sont toujours disponibles pour vous aider ou conseiller, aussi bien dans la cuisine, au bar ou à la réception. La cuisine est de bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner riche et copieux, les dîners appétissants. L'environnement de l'hôtel est magnifique, je conseille vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent les rencontres avec la nature et le pays poétique de Mácha.

Na pár dní/prodloužený víkend lze určitě doporučit.
Pros:

Nádherná lokalita, převáží nad ledasčím. Hotel je stylizován romanticky, jako minizámeček, na pár dní milé a postačující ubytování. Máchovo jezero, příroda a řada dalších možností výletů, sportu i vyžití v okolí, skvělá restaurace u jezera v dochozí vzdálenosti.

Cons:

Personál je milý a ochotný, ale bohužel poddimenzovaný, navíc kuchyně i recepce brzy zavírá. Je třeba si také pohlídat, co je v ceně (v určitých režimech se večeře a hlavně wellness připlácí).

Pros:

Die Lage am See war toll, man konnte gut Fahrrad fahren und Ruhe genießen. Im Februar allerdings nix los und man hat Mühe ein Lokal zum Abendessen zu finden, welches offen ist. Der Spa Bereich war sauber und großzügig.
Die Betten waren gemütlich und reichlich Kissen zur Verfügung. Der Balkon war sehr groß mit Blick auf dem See.. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig u hat gut geschmeckt.

Cons:

Es gab auf dem Zimmer kein Wasserkocher ( also keine Möglichkeit für warme Getränke). Das Abendessen ( welches angemeldet werden musste), hat leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und war leider nur in der Mikrowelle aufgetaut. So sind wir eben hungrig ins Bett gegangen sind. Die Sauna wurde erst gegen 16 Uhr eingeschaltet, also war sie erst ca 16:45 Uhr heiß ( somit hatte man nur ein Zeitfenster von ca 2,5 h täglich diese zu nutzen).. Von 3 saunen wurde auch immer nur eine eingeschaltet. Die anderen blieben leider immer kalt Bar am Pool war täglich geschlossen.

Velmi dobrý výběr z teplé snídaně, připravované čerstvě v kuchyni. Soukromý švédský bufet na vlastním stole. Standardní nabídka nápojů.
