Beautiful hotel, great location and Shams in reception was very welcoming.

Location is OUTSTANDING
Atmosphere is great vibes and energy and neat and clean and very friendly staff. The roof top bar is a must visit but do book way in advance!
Rooms are great. Do ask for rooms which are away from the elevators else they may cause disturbance at night!
The guest services staff response is the BEST. You call for anything and it is delivered in less than 5 minutes.

Ken the manager was really helpful and kind in getting us a room of our liking. Thank You Ken.

Renee at the Rooftop Bar was extremely kind and helpful in getting us added to the waitlist and getting us a table asap.

We had our son’s Rehearsal Dinner at LondonHouse and it was the best decision we made! Steve Sleczka, our wedding coordinator, was awesome throughout the whole process. The evening could not have been better! Justin, the Banquet Manager, along with the entire staff were very professional and attended to all our needs quickly. I would highly recommend the LondonHouse for a memorable event place. Thank you!!

Exceptional Service from Hafiz at London House

I would like to recognize Hafiz for providing truly outstanding service during our stay at LondonHouse Chicago. From the moment I arrived, Hafiz greeted me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming smile that immediately made me feel at home.

He handled my luggage with great care, offered helpful insights about the hotel and the city. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional hospitality did not go unnoticed.

The entire staff was amazing and made our wedding experience exceptional. The wedding coordinator, Steve, was exceptional! He was so on top of everything and it all ran so smoothly with a lot of moving pieces. Fikret and the valet staff were so helpful with all the boxes, cars, and people we had. The bell staff went above and beyond helping us as well. The facilities are great, but the staff made our wedding feel so special.

My spouse and I stayed at the LondonHouse presidential suite. It was an ABSOLUTE BLAST!!

Was really cool to stay in the suite many celebrities stayed. 100% total vibe! The suite was clean, but there was an issue with the Mini fridge. However, Maintainance came up and took care of it right away! There was also an issue with one of the security guards in the restaurant as he was quite abrasive and disrespectful. However, the food and beverage team, lead by David W, also took care of that situation right away. If there were any issues that arose, LondonHouse staff and management was on top of it!!

All and all, it was memorable and definitely recommend it to others. LondonHouse is one of the hottest places to stay at and be in! Enjoy!! :-)

Cleanliness 2/10. Carpets filthy. Sleep quality 0/10. There is absolutely no sleep to be had with the outside noise of motorcycles, luxury cars and slingshots driving along the road revving their engines. Add to that the fireworks being set off by the parties right outside the hotel on the sidewalk. Lobby bar also filthy. Tables are not wiped down, furniture worn and dirty.

I am a frequent business traveler ( and a frequently forgetful one too) that occasionally leaves items in my hotel rooms. I’ll often discover I’ve forgotten things like a phone charger, razor, jacket hanging in the closet, etc. When this happens it’s a crap shoot if the hotel staff hold it for you and if they do they usually want you to pay for shipping back.

This week I stayed here at London House for 5 nights and left my new AirPod Pro earbuds. I didn’t discover I had lost them until the next day. I figured they were gone. I called the hotel just to see if they found them, and they actually did and were holding them at security. Initially the front desk told me they would let me get back rto me with the shipping amount. A short while later,Terrence from the hotel staff let me know it was already packed up and on the way. Additionally, they waived the charge to send it back to me.

It is these types of service actions that set brands apart from the others. Well done Terrence and London House. Instead of nickel and diming a customer that just spent $2600 in your hotel and sticking to policy, you invested that shipping fee into making me a loyal customer. I travel to Chicago for work a couple of times a month and bounce around in different hotels. While I have stayed at London House a few other times, it will now be my go to when in town.

Great location right off the river walk and close to many restaurants and museums. We had a nice sized room with a great view of the river. Lobby restaurant is pretty average but there are plenty of nearby choices for breakfast or lunch. For the > $500 per night room price the hotel felt very cheap to charge $3.00 for a 50 cent bottle of water. Only other negative was our room looked out on a big Trump sign on a building across the river

I had the pleasure of working with Manny and Lindsay for my rooftop proposal. From the beginning Manny took the time to explain to me the process and gave an extremely detailed scheduled of how everything will take place. The day off the propsal he was there to greet us and he made to sure to make sure that we were taken care off. Liz and I appreciate his time and patience to help us plan this special moment. Lindsay (photographer) and her husband were a delight to work with. They took their time and made this special day even more memorable. Thank you to everyone and i would highly recommend anyone who is looking to create that special moment at their rooftop cupola.

I will be back again for this. the kids love them too much!
