Pros:

I liked a place to sleep for the night.

Cons:

There was a stain on the bed, my toilet paper was soaking wet, it smelled like cigarettes, the location wasn't great, you could hear everything outside it was like my room was near the road but I was on the second floor??

The price, very cheap. Very close to bars. No bugs. Good Wifi.

Cons:

Room and whole hotel reeked of cigarettes, towels were stained and dirty. Only reason I stayed was because there was no bugs. Every local I met avoids this hotel and general area due to bad omens and ghosts. The hotel is infamous for criminals and escorts, and its widely known that someone died here in 2015 in a police standoff (google it). Allegedly the area is not the safest but as a solo traveler I felt fine.
