Hotel staffs were good ,dishes wasn't dry and some of the plates are not cleaned. Bedsheets are a bit old and pillow cases too

Reception was good and check-in was quick. Able to get one more earlier, though had 2 rooms booked. Morning breakfast was good to have something and go around for travel. Lot of restaurants around and our favorite is Maharaja and KFC. Budget rooms are good for two and could move around easily, but it was good for budget travelers. Overall it was good.

Definitely wont be back there again. Booked 2 nights but after the first night i left the next morning. Crack tiles. Shower drainage problem. Power sockets seems to be not working. Next door room was wide open with no one inside and it was messy. At first i dont expect much for the price i paid but this is just a no for me. Sorry i just cant.

No flask to boil water

Customer service at front desk is very good. Accommodative. Along street, u can find food like KFC, a mini mart which is like cold storage, etc. From day 1 to day 3, the water in bathroom is not hot.

Recommended by my guide for a night stay.

Staff were nice and friendly.

Room was equipped with basic necessities like aircon, cable TV, telephone, and wifi.

The toilet though, can be improved. I can’t properly close the toilet door from the outside and the smell can creep out to the room.

For $28 a night with breakfast included, it was decent and value for money.

very bad.the room bad odour and breakfast slow to topup. massage lady can ask tips frm the client.it should the client who should willingly give tips to them. it needs more improvement.

Staff demand tips of the amount he wanted, refused to leave even when we told him our Rp not enough loose change. Offered SGD equivalent also refused. Told him tomorrow then give also refused. My husband had to insist he leave. He even peep in n talk to me while I in bed.

2nd day air con won't work. 3 staff came 1 at a time and they expected we give tips too.
Though we usually g8be when overseas, but not as per staff's demand.
No kettle , no cup. Only 2 bath towel.

Stay 3 days with late check out in a family room for 4. Wifi in the room not working. Only works on 2nd night for a few hours. On 3rd day seems as if they changed the password. Call front desk nothing was done. Wifi only works at lobby. Location was ok. No house keeping done during stay. 24hrs convenience stores and indian restaurant next door. Room is clean and spacious but aircon is bad.

Rooms is ok but there was alot of small cockroaches. Told the front office for two days and they says will take care of it but still persists. Not as good as skyinn express which i stay before. Checked the toilet and mirror glass cabinet was broken and was not fixed, cant place my toileteress there.

This hotel is conveniently located at Batam Centre with an affordable price. The room is spacious. It also has several shops, banks and eateries nearby. But unfortunately the service is not that excellent. I stayed 2 nights, and they did not even clean my room, nor replenish the bottled water. The water heater also does not work properly, sometimes it has hot water, sometimes it does not. Wifi connection inside room is poor. Breakfast is simple Indonesian dishes. Inside the hotel, people are allowed to smoke, so if your room happened to be near the smoking area, then good luck for you.

It was more than my expectation. I thought it will be a rundown hotel but it is quite a pleasant stay there. The basic necessities are there. The bathtub were a bit old,the tv quality was not that good and the wifi connection is a bit slow. Otherwise it was alright. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Lets start this review with the price. I paid $27 for 1 night stay and breakfast for me and my wife. Price wise it is definitely cheap. The staff were polite as everyone I saw greeted us, from the counter staff to the security. They were also helpful when I went down to get the WiFi password. Even though the security guy couldn't speak English, he tried his best to explain which of the 2 connections is better (caught a few words with my lousy Bahasa Malay).

Location wise, it is a 10-15 mins drive from Nagoya Hills and 15-20mins drive to Batam Center. Please try and get your own taxi driver if you can, either from a spa or restaurant as there will be 2 hagglers at Nagoya Hills who will mark up the cab fare. In fact it only takes about 40k IDR but the guy will remind all taxi drivers to charge 80k. The security there are in cahoots so don't bother asking them. Try getting it at the main road or haggle privately. To get a cab from the hotel to Batam Center will cost you 100k (about 60k by meter) so take note of your expenses. Next to the hotel, you can find an Indian eatery and KFC. There is also a stationery shop and a supermarket. Prices are surprisingly, slightly higher in the supermarket as compared to Nagoya Hills.

Lastly, the room I stayed in was relatively clean less the towels which had a musky smell. Each room provides 2 toothbrush with toothpaste, 2 towels, a green and a white liquid supposedly shampoo and body foam. The green liquid seriously stank so I had to use only the white. Bring along your own if you have miniature ones. Hot water can run out pretty fast to be no more than a trickle. The rooms are close to the highway so it gets rather annoying at night with the occasional roar of bikers. Take note if you are a light sleeper.
