It was okay, but don’t count on smoke free and parking
Pros:

It was lakefront and the room was ready when we arrived.

Cons:

The room had no desk. The breakfast was mediocre at best. White bread, congee, vegetable fry, egg dish, meat dish. The tv was huge and on during breakfast displaying graffic news and war scenes. The lights were not always on when we returned… trying to find the elevator in the dark. The ocean view was trash, then ocean. It was a smoke free hotel but we couldn’t have the window open as the neighbors kept smoking on the balcony. The neighbors music was very loud at night. The ac was blowing right on the bed… and the private parking included was not accurate. We left the property and tried to return but the lot was full as they rent out the spots during the day. When I went to the hotel I was told parking is only included after 3.

Pros:

It was a beautiful place to visit, but the overall experience was quite disappointing. There were too many people have approaching tourists to sell boat tickets and bicycle rentals, and the pricing was very inconsistent. Boat tickets ranged from 150 to 300, and the bicycle rental prices were also unclear. For tourists, especially those unfamiliar with the area, the lack of proper information made everything confusing.

Overall, the scenery is lovely, but the chaotic environment, unclear pricing, and lack of helpful guidance made the experience far less enjoyable.

Cons:

The hotel staff did not provide the guidance we expected. Even though we explained our plans, they still charged us extra for the boat tickets but failed to give us the correct information about the boat route. Because of this, we ended up missing the place we planned to visit, and to go there again, we would have to pay for another boat ticket, which was very frustrating.

We noted that the hotel’s rating is 7.6, and from our experience, this seems appropriate unless the hotel enhances its service quality and provides better guidance to guests.

訂房的照片每間房間都有放一張湖景的照片，超級漂亮，到了現場一看到實際房間的大小時超級失望，房間超級小，完全圖文不符。 訂房是含早餐，因為是去跑馬拉松所以無法在餐廳開放時間用餐，家人要求是否可以烤2片吐司留著給跑完馬拉松的家人回來吃，員工說
