Cuando hice la reserva de la habitación se supone que tenía el jacuzzi incluído y cuando llegue al hotel me dieron una habitación que no lo tenía ,para poder tener la habitación de jacuzzi me tocó pagar un adicional y fuera de eso solo lo podía utilizar una sola vez

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la amabilidad del personal, sobre todo del joven de la recepción. Es un hotel muy sencillo pero limpio, tiene agua caliente y la ubicación (con respecto a esa zona) está bien.

Cons:

La cama estaba muy incómoda, el colchón estaba como bajito de un lado. Los huéspedes son demasiado ruidosos a altas horas de la noche. Duré 4 noches, solo me hicieron la limpieza de habitación el primer día.

El espacio donde se ingeria el alimento muy limpio, muy ordenado, amplio y de facil acceso, la rapidez para servir los alimentos, la persona que atiende muy amable
