Pros:

This place is very unique, quaint, and full of character. The expeidia pictures do it no justice. I wish I could live here! I highly recommend it for those wanting to stay for a while. Dominique is super friendly and helpful. The pool is small but surprisinlgy cool, with a shallow area and lights at night.

This hotel offered excellent service and the grounds are beautiful. It is conveniently located within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Ocean view from all rooms. Minutes to the beach. Beware of local taxi charging too much.

Generally the room was small and the bathroom smaller and old. We thought the price seemed high compared to the places we stayed at in Samana and Las Terrences. We weren’t real impressed with the town of Las Galeras either.

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot
Pros:

We had an amazing experience here. The staff was so friendly and wonderful. The included breakfast was perfect each morning. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was ready to help with anything you need or with information. We will stay here again next time we're in Las Galeras :)

La Isleta is a beautiful property with lots of charm. It will transport you to a true paradise place. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and nicely kept. The property is water front, just steps from the beach. Dominique, the host, is super friendly and helpful. He kindly allowed us to delay our check out so could deal with an unexpected situation. The restaurant next to the property serves great food! All around a great place and I’d be happy to stay there again on my next trip to Las Galeras.

Pros:

Clairement cela ne vaut pas le prix payé même si nous avons voyagé en période haute.
L'hôtel est convenable, simple, au confort basique mais le service du petit déjeuner n'est pas la hauteur et le ménage de la chambre non plus. (Seule la poubelle et les serviettes sont changées, le lit n'est même pas fait). L'emplacement est super en revanche.

My family and I enjoyed staying in la Isleta. The place is super clean, comfortable and safe. Have a variety of restaurants to enjoy a delicious meal. Beach is right across.

Dominique is a great host, responsive and always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The room is equipped with everything that you need to make your stayed comfortable. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast is really good.


I highly recommend.

Thanks Dominique for having your space available and making us feel like home away from home.

Ein ganz reizendes Hotel. Dominic, der Leiter des Hotels ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Terrasse mit Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach wunderbar.
