Excellent location near shops and the station, friendly staff, and a wonderful manager.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to the shops and the station, which made getting around very easy.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, breakfast was not available during our visit because the kitchen staff were not present over the festive period. However, the hotel manager handled the situation exceptionally well and went above and beyond to find a solution for us.

The manager initially offered to move us to another hotel where breakfast was available, which we really appreciated. In the end, we decided to stay, and he kindly upgraded us to what he described as the best room in the hotel — a spacious one-bedroom apartment.

The apartment was excellent, with very comfortable beds and plenty of space. The manager made sure we felt welcome and taken care of, and his effort and professionalism truly made a difference to our stay.

Overall, despite the breakfast situation, we had a great experience thanks to the fantastic service and the manager’s dedication to making guests comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

Unfortunately, the hotel WiFi only allows access to certain approved online platforms; however, this restriction applies across the whole country and is not specific to the hotel.

Pros:

La ubicación es un área residencial, con acceso al metro a 2 o 3 cuadras del hotel; el desayuno variado x que es buffet; la limpieza la realizan diario, la accesibilidad a la lavandería y secadora es perfecta para los viajeros como nosotros!

El aseo del baño. No es profundo. Sobre todo en la ducha.

Poor Reception Lounge- Poor Location. Limited Restaurents nearby.
Pros:

Personally l have no comment on the staffs and the service provided by the Reception.
They provide standard services as compare to any other hotels in Guangzhou city.

Cons:

I dislike the location of the hotel, Besides, The Reception had a very limited space !
Feeling uncomfortable waiting at Reception lounge for check in-
I will never come back to this particular TianHe Coach Metro Terminal PATCO Hotel or Recommend to any of my Business Travellers One Final Request- Please Goodness sake - upgrade your in House WiFi- !!!-

My stay at Paco Hotel in China was truly unforgettable, thanks to its stunning design and impeccable

I had a wonderful stay here! The friendly staff were always happy to help, and the cleanliness of the place was impressive.
The breakfast buffet was amazing - it was so great to have a wide variety of options to choose from, and I loved that I could go back for seconds (or thirds!). It made breakfast feel like a treat. Overall, a fantastic experience
