Troulis Aparthotel

We have just returned from two wonderful weeks at the Troulis Aparthotel.
We had a one bedroom apartment with a spectacular sea view (No.37) From the moment we arrived we were made to feel most welcome and throughout our stay every member of the reception staff were cheerful and helpful in answering any questions and had good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The apartment had everything we needed with a very comfy bed and was cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every three days.
The pools although small were a nice temperature and we never struggled to find a sun bed. A huge shout out to the catering staff who provided a wonderful breakfast every morning. We had read previous reviews of people saying they lacked variety but considering we were there for two weeks we were highly impressed with both the variety and the quality of the food.
There are so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance, one of our favourites being only one minutes walk away.
The Troulis is in an ideal position between the two bays with plenty of restaurants on either side. However, this would not be an ideal location for anybody with mobility issues because of the steep hills and plentiful steps.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Yhden yön viikonloppu rentoutuminen oli kyllä paras mahdollinen valinta hotellille. Mukava henkilökunta ja siistit sekä modernit huoneet. Maisemat vuorille ja merelle oli upeat! Tänne tullaan vielä uudestaan!

arrived in a heatwave at midnight, The premises need a number on the door as the rest of the premises nearby are local The interior walls were insanely hot and needed 3 hours of air conditioning before we could sleep. Welcome pack with water food and Raki was nice. Unfortunately I found three leech like worms in the bedroom which further inhibited sleep, although the beds were comfortable. The other thing of mention was that the staircase has no rail and could be dangerous. Premises are near the airport and very handy for late flights.

Lovely apartment, basic but had everything we needed. Good location, with multiple beaches within 10 minute walk.

Not clean, not organized, no staff, pictures are not relevant, poor breakfast... Total waste of money, too expensive for what you get.

La struttura bella moderna ma poco funzionale. Il bagno così progettato, nell’ uso, disturba il sonno in camera. L’angolo cottura incompleto, come le informazioni generali non date.

Meget små værelser, der mangler plads til kuffert, intet privat liv på terrassen ligger meget tæt.
Morgen buffet kedelig, ikke noget spændende, bestemt ikke penge værd.
Rengøring af værelset meget sent på dagen ca kl 17

The location of the hotel is great - having a beautiful view over the sea and the mountains.
And the beds was pretty comfortable.
But the overall condition of our hotel room was in a quite terrible condition and the so-called kitchen was very poorly equipped - lacking the most basic utensils for cooking and cleaning.

It was okay for the price, breakfast not impressive, room facilities poor, but balcony with a very nice view. Very friendly and helpful personnel

The room we were allocated was nothing at all like the photographs advertised on Hotels.com!!!!!
Upon our arrival we were accompanied to a room for two people when actually we had booked and paid for 4 people. The room was then set up with a camp bed and a sofa bed for our children (aged 17 and 14 - not really an appropriate age and size suitable for sleeping on camp beds!!!) but it was obvious that this was not really a room for 4 as there weren't enough crockery, glasses etc for 4 (this wasn't really a problem for us as we ate out for all our meals) The pool area nearest our block was extremely tired and in an unloved condition with no usable umbrellas, lots of weeds growing and derelict rooms around the poolside etc.However the saving grace was the absolutely gorgeous balcony sea view coupled with the fact we adore the resort itself. The breakfast was basic but adequate. For the price we didn't have high expectations but the photographs need to be updated so people are not disatisfied when they arrive. Also a little TLC around that particular block and pool would make a huge difference. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly hence the reason we didn't complain!!!

Et rigtigt fint hotel til prisen. Man får meget for få pengene og hotellet og pools er i pæn stand. Senge og brusebads faciliteter kunne trænge til et løft men det fungerer og til den pris er det fint. Beliggenheden er suveræn og personalet er rigtigt søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden er sim det er mange steder i Grækenland, men det løser opgaven. Kan klart anbefales især set id fra prisen

Все отлично, за исключением одного: wi-fi не работал в нашем номере, приходилось выходить на улицу или в лобби, интернет был нужен для работы даже на отдыхе, поэтому это было важно.

War ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Stille og rolig sted å være. Familievennelig. Flott strand og kort vei til flere strender i nærheten. Litt få og kjedelig resturanter. Maten var veldig tilpasset turistene. Lite av den greske maten . Maten var helt grei, ikke de store matopplevelsene. Hotellet var ikke til våre forventninger.Bildene som vises på nett var fra den nyere delen. Rommet vi fikk(studio) var lite ,og veldig slitt. Det var en del mangler på rommet og vi måtte spørre etter det meste. Mørkt og trist rom. Frokosten var gratis og helt grei.
Vår opplevelse var at Servicene på hotellet var mer rettet mot de russiske selskapene.
Det mest positive med Bali er det flotte strendene og kort vei til Rethymno med bil.

Хозяин бесплатно по собственной инициативе переселил нас в более удобный номер с видом на море. Обслуживание отличное, уборка в номере каждый день. Из минусов - скудный завтрак и крутая горка при спуске с пляжа.

Un hôtel ou on est très bien acceulli. Très bien équipé. Tres proche de la plage. Très bon rapport qualité prix. A recommander
