Pros:

The hotel is currently under renovation, but does not detract from a comfortable environment. Rooms are basically new, well appointed and clean. Staff were excellent, especially Jessica and Christopher who really went the extra mile to ensure a very positive stay. Much appreciated by weary traveller's! Thanks!

המקום שינה את שמו ל HYATT!!
והיותר חשוב - המקום נמצא בשיפוצים משמעותיים. הכניסה הועברה לכניסה אחורית וצדדית. מקום ארוחת הבוקר הוא ברמצע אתר שיפוץ. החלונות כוסו בניילונים! הדסק קבלה הוא עמדת מחשב בפרוזדור שיש בו פועלים ושיפוצים!!!!!

Comfortable stay in Kingston
Pros:

The location was excellent as we were staying just one night so easy to get in city quickly. Still close enough to waterfront to make a trip there.
Bed comfortable. Lots of outlets.
Renovations of lobby ongoing and they managed well warning us of this and the name change to Hyatt select. Chris was very helpful when we arrived.
Breakfast in small area but had good selection with breakfast sandwich which we heated in microwave in room. Had fruit, cereal, eggs, coffee and yogurt

Beau séjour !
Pros:

La propreté, la chambre et ses commodités, la gentilesse du personnel. Grande chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Près du centre-ville de Kingston 15 min.

Cons:

Chambre mal insonorisée on entend l'autoroute et les voisins jusqu'à la descente de leur rideau quand il y en a. Il y a un écart dans la porte vers le corridor entre le sol et le plancher, on a dû placé des serviettes pour ne pas voir la lumière au coucher.

Pros:

Bardzo miły personel. Pokoj dobrze wyposażony.
Pomimo, że byl remont nie bylo to bardzo uciążliwe. Zostaliśmy za to bardzo przeproszeni. Zreszta byliśmy zwiedzać i w hotelu tylko spaliśmy.

Nuitée très correct. Petit déjeuner à fuir et à prendre à l'extérieur.
Pros:

Chambre neuve suite a rénovation . Le calme après 18H malgré le gros désagrément dû au marteau piqueur

Cons:

Avec les travaux , le déjeuner était désastreux. A part le café à emporter dans la chambre , il n'y avait pas de toast encore moins de pain. Cet hôtel devient un Hyatt Select donc a ce titre , soit l'hôtel devait nous proposer un petit déjeuner digne de ce nom ou carrément faire un rabais sur les chambres et ne pas proposer de petit déjeuner

Unfortunate.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Hotel advised that on site construction was limited to the lobby and an exterior sign. On arrival the entire main floor and exterior were under construction. Suite windows were covered with plastic sheeting. Work crews working through to approx 11pm, Exit stairs were used to store building materials. Would have expected the corporation to be honest in their description of site conditions and not expose their guests to some fairly obvious Fire Code violations.

Cons:

They don’t tell you about the lobby renovations until after you book. The renovated rooms are nice but my shower didn’t drain properly. There is also very little sound proofing between rooms and floors. I was surprised given the renovation. You also can’t run the fan on the air conditioner because the thermostat won’t allow it. I have stayed at much better and cheaper hotels versus this location.

Surprised with the improvements to a Quality Inn.
Pros:

We were impressed with the quality of the facilities.

Cons:

Poor TV channels- no satellite apparently- they are under construction.
Could use microwave to heat up muffins, in kitchen.

Great hotel; good value in a good location!
Pros:

Our room was beautiful! Breakfast was good, and the staff were very personable and friendly. The air conditioner in our room was rattling slightly, and they immediately came up to fix it. Overall, we were more than pleased with our stay!
