Cons:

- Cada vez que nos bañamos, si habrias toda la llave de la ducha, se inundaba el baño.
- Las pocas ganas del personal del spa de venderte un servicio. Ni se gastaron en mirar la agenda para ver si habia turnos.
- Pagas casi 200K por un habitacion y te cobran las 2 capsulas nespresso de la habitacion.

Las habitaciones espectaculares y las suites parecen un mini departamento . Buena conexión a internet para trabajar .
El spa y los masajes buenísimos .
La atención del front desk muy buena también .

Austral . para viajes por temas de salud es ideal .
Cerca del shoping si vas en auto .

het hotel zelf was mooi

Cons:

het onthaal is verschrikkelijk. ik had de kamer geboekt voor mijn vriendinnen. Ze hebben 2uur over de check in gedaan.
Er moest een borg betaald worden voor de kamer, ik had gevraagd dit te doen via mijn kaart, dit ging niet, uiteindlijk heeft een vriendin de borg betaald en is na meer dan een maand nog niet terug betaald door het hotel. Ik heb hen vorige week daarover aangeschreven en men zou dit binnen de 72uur regelen, maar helaas, nog steeds niet terug gestort. Misschien kunnen ze aan jullie een betaalbewijs sturen ?

Faltaría Servicio de habitación 24 hs. Bar aunque sea. Una máquina de hielo al menos. Y más productos en el frigobar ya que no brindan el servicio nocturno.
