Buena atención, servicio e instalaciones, un poco costoso
Pool was clean, room was clean, spacious, comfortable
Staff was inattentive. Had to go to front desk to get extra pillows for the pull out sofa. Never came. Asked for clean towels. Housekeeping didn't show up until after 3pm on the second day. Pool area was out of towels had to go to front desk to get more. Nothing within walking distance except a gas station.

The free parking and breakfast was a big bonus. Breakfast was reach and the room was bigger than usual.
Room and bathroom were a bit dated, and the hotel doesn’t offer liquid hand-washing soap. The lobby is very simple and lack any design or artistic taste. We were there for Christmas and we didn’t feel Christmas vibe at all.

The cleaning was not good. The toilet paper, facial tissue, floor towel were not replaced. Bathroom was not clean, floor was not mopped and carpet was not swept. Garage was left outside of our door and no garbage bag was there to put in garbage. We came in late and had to call front desk for the stuff and he took up garbage .
