The reception staff was very nice, efficient, and helpful, especially the young man who assisted us.
However, considering the high price we paid, we were very disappointed with the condition of the room. Cleanliness was an issue: there were long hairs in the bathroom, the room was dusty, and we were all sneezing during our stay. No cleaning service was provided at any point.
The sofa bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Even our 5- and 6-year-old children complained about feeling the springs in their backs. One light was also broken.
The hotel is located in an industrial park.
Additionally, the shower water pressure was weak and the temperature was difficult to control.
Breakfast included, free parking, spacious room.
Breakfast could be better. Hotel needs some refreshment.

Very good
The staff was great and the breakfast staff were excellent and they go out their way and make sure you feel like your home, plus this hotel has the best breakfast in town hands down it was great. There were so many breakfast choices buffet style and it felt like a second home. The rooms are great and comfortable. We will be staying here again soon we plan on coming back down in June or July. Can't wait to come back.
