Le bruit assourdissant du bar de l’hôtel!
J’avais reçu un avertissement de la part de l’hôtel comme quoi le quartier et la rue était bruyant. Toutefois j’ai décidé de prendre le risque car El Poblado est réputée pour être un quartier très vivant .
Mais à mon désarroi c’était le bar du même hôtel qu’avait la musique à un niveau sonore effrayante .
Dommage de ne pas privilégier le confort des hôtes de l’hôtel plutôt que «  l’ambiance » du bst …en plus suivant très dépeuplé!
Dommage , car tout le reste a l’hôtel était correcte

Great location
Pros:

Staff misled me I landed at midnight I was told over the phone I can check in early when I got there they changed and tried to charge me double the price from 1 am to 11am. I cancelled and went stayed at the Marriott.

Absolutamente nada, no logramos ni siquiera hacer el check in porque nos cancelaron la reserva ya estando en el hotel, poco proactivos al momento de resolver el inconveniente que era SU CULPA. Nos toco a mi amiga y a mi resolver donde quedarnos esos días. No tuvieron la decencia de comunicarnos el inconveniente con tiempo. Nos dejaron esperando en el lobby mas de una hora SIN INFORMACIÓN, hasta que nos toco a nosotras acercarnos a insistir que nos comentaran que estaba pasando. La peor experiencia que he tenido con un hotel.

No issues with loudness from buisnesses near by. Staff was able to give assistance with directions and recommendations during stay. Liked the policy of room cleaning.process. Staff looks after your well being and safety. Many good food options in walking dustance.
