The location was perfect. We were right in the center of El Poblado. The room was clean and staff welcoming.
The room category that we choose was really tiny.

Las camas un poco incómodas, el desayuno muy limitado, se escucha mucho ruido de los pasillo.
Clean, nice staff
La habiatación en la que me hospede tenia la ducha dañada, tenia un olor a humedo. Ademas algo que no es culpa de hotel sino de booking, reserve a un precio y cuando llegue el pago estaba por otro valor, intentamos cancelar y/o cambiar las fechas y no dejo, aun cuando desde el hotel aceptaban el cambio.
Otra cosa que no me pareció adecuada o transparente, es que no informan que las habitaciones del hotel las alquilan por horas, es algo que le resta calidad, privacidad, seguridad y otros temas al lugar.

Me ofrecieron una habitación con Jacuzzi y vista a la ciudad por un cargo adicional, pero cuando entramos a la habitación el jacuzzi no funcionaba. Nos brindaron otra habitación, pero no tenía ventanas. Creo que en esa parte me sentí muy incomodo. No deberían ofrecer algo y cobrar si no funciona.

Las camas son super duras, las habitaciones son incomoda. Apagan el aire acondicionado.
