Pros:

Personnel au top, accueil chaleureux, excellente propreté et bonne nourriture.

Cons:

La réception était extrêmement chaude car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour. C'est très désagréable et une situation que je n'avais jamais rencontrée auparavant. Dommage, car le reste était très satisfaisant.

Had a wonderful time at the TUI Blue Manar. All the staff at the resort are amazing. A special thank you to Maissa from the TUI Blue welcoming team. From the moment we arrived she greeted us with a smile, made us feel welcomed and offered valuable support for checking in, travel requests and visiting attractions in the area. Every time she saw us in the resort she made sure we were enjoying our holiday and always offered help. A big reason for us coming back to this resort is because of her kindness and hospitality.
Also thank you to Helmi from the restaurant team, he always made sure we had a suitable table, and our food and drink was to our liking.
Thank you, also to Aila from the room hospitality team, she cleaned our room (2023) and kept it spotless and equipped with the necessities. Just like Maissa and Helmi, Aila never complained or said no if we requested anything. They really went above and beyond to make this a very memorable and enjoyable holiday.
The resort is very big with several pools, water slides, bars, a pool side snack bar and a main restaurant with a good variety of food ranging from Tunisian, Mediterranean and European cuisine. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the pool. The animation (entertainment) team are amazing from morning to evening the team are always around the resort helping people with games, exercises and fun activities for all ages.

Pros:

Accueil à la réception très professionnel et boissons fraîches accompagnées de petites douceurs.
Petit cadeau dans la chambre.
Restaurant de qualité au top avec de quoi faire plaisir à tout le monde et des thèmes de temps à autre.
Serveurs, agents d'entretien adorabels.
Assez de piscines pour tout le monde, pas de courses au transat.
Activités tout au long de la journée pour grands et petits.
Mini disco et spectacles tous les soirs d'ailleurs très professionnels et de qualité.
Les animateurs sont très investis et très motivés bravo à eux !
Kids clubs et bar famillial !
Belle plage à proximité

Dommage que les enfants ne fassent pas plus d'activités à l'extérieur du kids clubs.

Le Kit de toilette pourrait être plus fourni.

Pros:

La nourriture et le service sont vraiment au top ! Les animations sont très bien également, on ne s’ennuie pas.
Les horaires de la restauration sont bien adaptées aux rythmes des familles.

Cons:

Les finitions ainsi que le niveau des sanitaires ne valent pas un 5* mais tout est fonctionnel et propre.

Great stay, friendly staff and an excellent buffet with plenty of choice.
Pros:

Great stay overall. Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist. The buffet was very generous with a good variety of food and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
