Super vacances !
Pros:

Les piscines, le buffet est excellent, le resort est propre et bien entretenu.
On y a passé de très bonnes vacances.

Cons:

Les chambres au standing un peu inférieur aux parties communes, mais pour le peu de temps qu'on y a passé ce n'était pas gênant.
Les transats autour de la piscine bébé & animation réservés dès 7h du matin par certains clients.

Pros:

Très bon hotel pour familles avec enfants de tout âge, beaucoup d’activités tout le long de la journée correspondant aux besoins de chaque membre de la famille. Le personnel est très souriant et bienveillant. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Amazing and recommend it for families

Amazing staff always smiling ,hotel beach clean ,swiming pool as well kids enjoyed a lot ,all facilities ,Restaurant offered a big variety and tasty food .Really i did not regret choosing this hotel i recomend it .

La vicinanza con il mare, la camera accogliente e sono super attenti con i bambini

Cons:

Nella spa forse la pulizia si può migliorare (vetro sauna un po’ sporco, così come il pavimento nella zona sauna e Hammam)

Brilliant food and lots of activities, but no AC
Pros:

The resort was beautiful with lots of organised activities you can book on their resort app (Pilates, swimming pool games, archery, bowls, fitness classes etc.). Every night there was a different entertainment act, and the magician act was especially good.

The food was plentiful and varied meal to meal. There were great water slides and several pools. The beach was easily accessible, with water sports bookable for an extra fee on days when the water was not too choppy.

There was a wonderful piano player in the lobby every evening playing beautiful music. The room was a good size with a balcony and the entire resort was very clean. The staff in the main restaurant were lovely, caring and friendly.

To go to the airport, you can call a taxi using a ride share app (like inDrive or Yassir) which is much cheaper than using the hotel transport, but you have to let reception know you've called a taxi as otherwise the taxi can't enter the resort.

Cons:

The resort doesn't switch the AC on until deep into the summer. When we were there in mid-May, there was no AC apart from in the lobby. Our room was therefore unbearably hot so we asked for a fan and eventually they brought us one after more than a day.

There only seemed to be one towel station on the whole resort; there should be many more dotted around. The balcony in the room was open at both sides so other rooms can access it which did not feel safe, and we couldn't really keep the curtains open in the day time as other guests could easily walk across from their balconies into our balcony.

The staff at reception could've been more friendly. They didn't smile and weren't helpful with questions. When I asked what the entertainment was one night, the receptionist told me to just look on the resort app or look on the screen in the lobby, and seemed not to have a clue. Another time we asked for a second card key to our room (as we were two friends staying in one room who needed access at different times) and the receptionist made some excuse that they didn't give out card keys in the evening, only when guests left in the morning which seemed strange for such a big hotel.

One of the nights there was a Brazilian dance troupe entertainment show. The female dancers were almost naked which seemed inappropriate when so many of the guests watching were children and also I could see some Muslim guests were uncomfortable and left the room. It would be better to have more inclusive entertainment at a family resort that can be enjoyed by all.
