The staff at the hotel was super accommodating, always happy to help. I've also used the sauna and the pool, which are available by reservation and additional cost, but are well worth it. Recommended!
Boravak je bio unapred u potpunosti plaćen putem Booking.com, ali po dolasku u objekat nije bilo nikoga na recepciji, iako se hotel oglašava kao da ima 24-časovnu recepciju.
Umesto recepcionera dočekalo nas je obezbeđenje koje se ponašalo grubo, neprofesionalno i otvoreno neprijatno. Posebno zabrinjava što su nam uzeli i zadržali lične karte, uz objašnjenje da recepcija dolazi tek ujutru. Takvo postupanje prema gostima je krajnje neprimereno i izaziva ozbiljan osećaj nesigurnosti.
Sama soba bila je u veoma lošem stanju — internet nije radio, TV nije radio — što dodatno pokazuje da objekat ne ispunjava osnovne standarde smeštaja.
Zbog celokupne situacije i osećaja nelagodnosti napustili smo objekat nakon kratkog boravka. Smatram da je došlo do ozbiljnog nesklada između oglašene usluge i stvarnog stanja na terenu, kao i do neprihvatljivog postupanja prema gostima.
⚠️ Ne preporučujem ovaj objekat i očekujem da Booking.com ozbiljno preispita ovaj slučaj.

A recepciós hölgy a lehető legtöbb pontszámot érdemli... Angolul beszéltünk, végtelenül kedves és segítőkész volt... Mindent elmagyarazott és le is írt. 🥰
Az ágy nagyon csitorgott, elég szűk a hely a szobákba és ami nem tetszett az a kád.. Ritkán lehet látni hotelekben 🙈
