Pros:

Отель в целом понравился, однако он расположен в нескольких уровнях, пожилым людям невозможно ходить по этим бесчисленным лесенкам. Но есть две стоянки в верхнем и нижнем уровнях и можно объехать вокруг на машине и с нижнего уровня подъехать в столовую

Nice spot very good for the price.
Little bit to far out from the center of Kaliningrad but road is very good.
Breakfast was the best we had in our stays in Russia

Great hotel by the beach
Pros:

The rooms are newly constructed and clean. The beds are super comfortable and The bathroom is stunning. The food is very good, breakfast is free. The walk to the beach is not far. The area for restaurants and vendors in very close by. The location of this place is beautiful. I'm very satisfied with my stay here.

Eine standart Erklärung gegenüber dem Gast wenn etwas nicht funktioniert. "Wir sind nur ein 3-Sterne Haus" Aber wieso 4-5 Sterne Preise?

Хорошо но могло быть и лучше.

Впечатления о проживании позитивные.Условия проживания хорошие,доброжелательный персонал.Тихое подходящее для отдыха место.Не плохая кухня. Из недостатков - совсем маленькие подушки.Для комфортного сна приходилось подкладывать свернутый халат.Кроме того не комфортно смотреть телевизор лежа или почитать в кровати.Не дали стакан, тапки и халат для дополнительного места.Не смотря на небольшие недостатки в следующий раз постараемся приехать сюда снова.

Все хорошо, только отсутствовал халат и тапочки. Телефон только на втором уровне. Приходилось бегать вверх вниз.
