整體環境營造得非常好，服務人員細心周到，享受到舒服的度假氛圍。
Pros:

入住期間非常滿意，房間及整體環境讓人舒適愉悅，遊戲室讓小朋友玩得不亦樂乎，接待人員服務態度溫柔且盡力協助，下次若再來澎湖遊玩絕對是我的首選旅館。

部屋は木のぬくもりを感じさせられる家具でとても快適で気持ちよかったです。何より、スタッフの対応は最高です。市内の観光スポットやお店まで紹介してくれて、スーパーで買ったフルーツ（ナイフがないと食べれないもの）までカットしてくれたなど、感動的なサービスでした。また泊まりたいです。

這次入住兩晚，整體而言是非常滿意的，原木傢俱裝潢，原木味道讓人住起來很舒服，靠近澎湖馬公港又不在市區裡不會吵雜
